THE SPACE
Welcome home! This duplex is the perfect getaway for a group of 8. Do you have a group of 16? Check out our page for the other half of this duplex and have plenty of room for the whole group!
Nestled in one of the most famous neighborhoods in Virginia Beach - the VIBE district, this new house offers all amenities, and easy access to the Convention Center, the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and activities. This is truly the best location for your trip!

Fully Stocked Home: Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable trip, including fresh linens, towels, and toiletries.
Self-check-in for your convenience with an electronic door lock. On the first level, there is a spacious living room and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island. ALL bedrooms have TVs. The second level has 2 bedrooms, both with King-sized beds- the spacious master bedroom has a balcony and en suite bathroom. On the third floor, you will find a room with a bunk bed with full beds on top and bottom. There is another living space between the rooms with comfortable couches and furniture. The 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Both rooms share the upstairs bathroom. With provided beach gear, high-speed WIFI, coffee bar, and more, this will become your new go-to spot!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There are cameras on the exterior of the home. They are motion-activated, record video and audio, and are active during reservations. There is also a decibel monitoring device located in the home. This is a smart device that measures decibel levels only and allows us to respond to extremely loud and sustained volumes. It does NOT record conversation; it only measures decibel levels. This helps us to avoid unauthorized parties. Our goal is for our guests and neighbors to both have an enjoyable experience!
Please be advised that there are 2 dedicated parking spaces behind the unit.
This area does have military installations nearby, and loud jets will periodically fly overhead. Please be aware that you are sensitive to noise.
Please note that during hurricane season, our area is prone to inclement weather. We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen weather or health events to protect their reservation. Our cancellation policy is firm.
ADDITIONAL RULES
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home, away from windows or doors, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. A minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy, including visitors, and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. It is our utmost priority to continue to operate short-term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will receive one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any number more than the maximum number of occupants in the home at any one time (the guest maximum can be found in the listing). No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to the maximum number of guests in the house, including any visitors. This is a residential area, and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short-term rentals for a long time, so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note that while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters are changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs. *No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather-related cancellations, including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note that during hurricane season, our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time; if we can accommodate, we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean it after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity, and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third-party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, the host may cancel the reservation with a full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come to the premises during your stay. Days and times vary; please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a cleaning every 30 days, included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease, and deposit are required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not provide shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.
NON-PET-FRIENDLY HOUSE:
*This home is not pet-friendly. Any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals be disclosed, and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.
