Overview: Enjoy the best of downtown Rehoboth Beach from this charming, pet-friendly bi-level ranch. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates ten guests. The first level features a primary bedroom with an ensuite, a second bedroom, an open kitchen and dining area, and a spacious living room. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The screened-in porch is ideal for savoring morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
Location: Just five blocks from the beach and iconic Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, and only a block from Silver Lake and the Tot Lot/Turtle Pond. Fine dining, bars, and tax-free shopping on Rehoboth Avenue are just three blocks away.
Parking: Private driveway for two cars.
Amenities: Outdoor shower, screened-in porch, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and more. Cable is streaming only. One dog is allowed with a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee. Linens not provided, but rental packages available. No smoking. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. Cozy Home at a Great Location

Our family was very thankful to find this home to stay in. It was cozy and roomy for our family and a great location that allowed us to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even the beach for an evening stroll. It was a bit of an older home and would have been nice to have linens provided but it was a perfectly nice home and we very much enjoyed our stayed.

Good for large groups

This house is definitely good for large groups, with plenty of beds and seating options. The family room and master bedroom were nicely decorated, the rest could use a refresh. Our biggest complaints were that it had a stale musty smell and there is definitely an ant problem - the little ants showed up the first night, not just in the kitchen and dining room but also bathrooms and bedrooms.

Great location

The house is a great location. Nice neighborhood and cul-de-sac. Short walk or drive to the beach, walkable to Rehoboth Ave, restaurants and coffee shops and there is a great kids playground/park right down the street. My family of 10 had a great time and there were plenty of beds which was perfect. The house is old and rundown but overall fine. The kitchen didn’t have enough pots/pans, utensils and dishes but thankfully we brought our own of both. Don’t book this house if your are persnickety!

Residence was not as clean as should be, lack of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, some of blinds broken, upstairs portable air conditioners, no access to vacuums, gas grill grease trap full and caused a grease fire. Lamps could use attention as they flickered and dimmed on their own.

Auts still a problem. Igniter on grill does not work no lighter or matches to light the grill. Not sure if I would have used it anyway because it was do gross and dirty. Not enough bowls or utensils for 8
