The house fit our needs for 9 adults and 4 children. Delayed check-in because house was ‘forgotten’ in the cleaning schedule was a hardship for the family. There are definite maintenance items in the house, but none we couldn’t work around. The grass needs to be mowed! Overall, a good spot for kids and families.

We appreciate you being flexible with the maintenance items. We'll absolutely get that grass mowed and address those issues promptly. We'd love to welcome your family back. Madison, Railey Vacations

This house was perfect. Everything was clean and seemed kept up. In great condition and even decorated for xmas which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve rented houses in deep creek for the past 10 years every November and never had one that had multiple trees up for the holiday. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked..

Friendsgiving 2022!

We LOVED this property! It was the perfect cozy home for our annual friendsgiving. There were 9 of us and the rooms were super spacious. In addition, there were multiple gathering spaces for us to hang and we enjoyed the basement the most! There were tons of board games and a pool table, and the couches were super comfortable - many naps were taken. Things to note: the home is very high on a hill, so be mindful during snowy weather. Also, you have to take all of your trash bags down the hill into a bear-safe trash box before you leave, so make sure you have plenty of helping hands on deck! Overall, I strongly suggest this home because it adds to that family feeling. Will likely book again!
