Having more tea towels in the kitchen would be nice. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pan, Tupperware, and other cooking items. We like to cook, so I'm always bringing things from home. Rooms were all clean.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better beach house! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. Gina was an amazing host: friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from booking through checkout. The owner also messaged to make sure we were all set which was so kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. We hope to come back again!

The house was everything I expected and more. It appears that our every need was considered. All appliances and systems were in good working order. The beach access was convenient and the house is in a convenient place for walking to restaurants and activities.

Beautiful Beach House

Family get together by the ocean. The house decor was beautiful, very clean and loved the tiki bar by the pool! So many extras provided by the owner...k cups, kitchen equipped with anything you could possible need and in excellent condition, great beach chairs, very clean and comfortable beds, AC worked perfectly, awesome TVs, beach pathway right across the street.

Beautiful home

We had a great time. House was very nice. Plenty of seating for dining as a family and playing games. Kitchen was well stocked. The location of the home to the beach was great. Beautiful views and beach access was right across the street. We also enjoyed walking to the park and ice cream shop.

Great Family Vacation!

Our family had a great time at this house. There were three families with 6 kids ranging in age from 8-14. I have stayed at Holden beach and Ocean Isle many times and this was the best house by far. Layout of house was great. The house seemed brand new and we loved the pool/bar area. Great views and easy access to beach.

Lovely house

We had a wonderful visit! As my wife pointed out the pictures of the place, which were very nice, didn't really do it justice. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well appointed, the beds are very comfy and the outdoor area is outstanding. One of the nicer, if not the nicest, beach properties we've stayed in. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

Wanted a place for family and friends to relax and couldn’t have been happier with Dune Just Fine. The location was perfect for walking across the street to the beach, or just down the road for some great food. House had everything we could’ve wanted and provided such a great place to make memories. HIGHLY recommend!
