CORAL SEA TERRACE is a one bedroom apartment in a nice building with a large 25m² terrace.



This apartment has been tastefully furnished and will provide you with all the necessary comfort during your stay.



The housing enjoys great assets such as its terrace with clear view to enjoy the sun and its location in the center of Nice and seconds from the Promenade des Anglais.



The apartment is located on the 7th and last floor with elevator, it has a free WIFI connection as well as air conditioning.

Thanks to the smart TV, you will be able to access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.



You will be located in the city center. In a few minutes on foot you will reach Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops as well as Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.

The Alsace Lorraine tram stop is just a 4-minute walk away.

The large terrace is made up of a summer lounge, a dining table for two as well as two deckchairs. You will enjoy pleasant breakfasts or lunches in the sun.

You will also find air conditioning.



KITCHEN:

The bathroom has a pleasant shower, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and WC.

Great apartment

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, though as ew spent most of our time sightseeing, we didn't spend that much time in it, so a lot of things we couldn't comment on. The balcony was a fantastic feature, very large and well furnished, with a great view of the mountains. Seemed to be in a good area with plenty of shops around. 30mins walk to main train station and 15mins walk to centre of Nice. Highly recommend and would book again if we return Only downside is the 10am checkout, as it means morning of leaving is a bit of a rush, especially as if you are far from N&J office, you need to take that into consideration also. Option of late checkout would be great.

Emplacement, terrasse, propreté, services impeccables de Nestor et Jeeves. Voici quelques suggestions (pas pour publication): -portes du placard glissent mal -housse de la planche à repasser à remplacer -fournir une bouilloire de meilleure qualité -fournir le livret d'utilisation du four micro-ondes.

Perfect apartment, stunning view & cosy neighbourhood

We stayed 6 nights in the apartment in September. The terrace is the highlight of the apartment and we had all our meals there. The location of the apartment was also wonderful: close to the beach and with lovely shops in the nearby neighbourhood! I would recommend this place :) The dishwasher was a bit weird and did not clean the dishes as expected. Moreover the bed was not the best and a bit short.

Coral sea terrace

Excellent apartment with good facilities. Terrace fantastic especially late afternoon and into early evening where the setting sun can be enjoyed. The location is superb got the beach. The walk to the train station is a short one, and the old town no more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a location that caters for relaxation or sight seeing.
