The Villa "L'Ensoleillée" opens the doors of its 3 suites for a dream stay in the most beautiful residential area of Menton in Garavan on the French Riviera.

Its exceptional location allows its guests to access directly to the soft sandy beach of Les Sablettes (250 m) but also to forget about any transport to enjoy an easy access on foot and reach only 250 meters the city centre with its typical southern market, its bars, its restaurants, its casino and for the culture and nature lovers, the museum and the famous Biovès gardens. But if visitors wish to expand their domain they can quickly reach Monaco and even Italy thanks to the proximity of these iconic places.

The Villa "L'Ensoleillée" deserves its name thanks to its panoramic view worthy of the most beautiful postcard, discovering magnificent landscapes of sea and mountains under the famous sun of the French Riviera.

For your stay, you can choose between 3 beautiful suites with all the modern comfort. The large "Citronniers" suite has a wonderful 60 m² private terrace with table and deckchairs in the heart of a typical Menton-style garden paradise to enjoy breathtaking sunrises in the most beautiful shades of orange.



The large berries allow the light to gently pet two King-Star beds of 5 5 x 2 meters. The continuation of 52 m² for 3 people, of which 2 adults maximum is a large studio with large cupboards, a TV, a trunk, a fully glazed living room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, including the dishwasher and the washing machine .

The apartment also includes a pantry and a bathroom. It offers breathtaking views of the blue waves of the Mediterranean.

Excellent stay at a special spot!

My husband and I visited this amazing apartment with our two kids (4 and 2) for a few days at the end of our holiday in France in July. The apartment had an unbelievable view and was a short walk walk down to the beach and adorable historic town of Menton. The hosts were very welcoming and treated us to homemade limoncello! Can’t wait to go back.

Tolle Sicht ist nicht alles ...

Die Ferienwohnung hat leider nicht alles gehalten, was wir uns nach den „speziellen“ 10/10-Bewertungen versprochen hatten. Positiv: Tolle Sicht auf Strand und Hafen. Gutes WLAN für unseren Laptop, sodass wir z. B. deutsches Fernsehen sehen konnten. Negativ: Keine Wohnungstür – Ein- und Ausgang über bodentiefes Fenster, kein Wohnzimmer, sondern 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit kleiner Küche und 2 Mini-Tischen und einem Mini-Geschirrspüler, keine Fenster im anderen Schlafzimmer und im kleinen Bad, Fernseher nur mit französischen Inhalten: Netflix und Jux-Programme, Wohnungs-Beschreibung nur auf französisch - Wohnung mitten auf steilem Hang von oben 50 Stufen nach unten 100 unbeleuchtete Stufen zum Strand – man musste absolut top-fit sein, um dies zu bewältigen ! Kein Parkplatz auf dem Gelände, nur auf der Straße oberhalb der Wohnung. Die Terrasse ist für Fremde zugänglich.

Vue magnifique en localité pauvre

Points positifs Vue magnifique de la terrasse et la grande salle / chambre de lit 1 Frigo très froid Lits de trés grand confort Points à améliorer Il n’a pas de porte en propre sense. L’entrée principale est une porte coulissant en verre avec un volet roulant est on n’a pas de possibilité de le fermer dans une manière sûre. On a pu utiliser des ongles ferme pour l’ouvrir. Une chambre de lit est également le salon de séjour dans lequel ils se trouvent aussi deux petit tables à manger avec quatre chaises et la cuisine. Cet salon ne contient pas de air conditioning – il devient 30 degès ou plus en été. On n’a pas d’accès à la salle de bain (seulement en croisant la deuxième chambre). La second chambre de lit n’a pas de fenêtres et est la seule chambre avec accès à la salle de bain. A partir des lits, les meubles étaient assez utilisés et une lampe de chevet et une propre illumination seraient bénéficiaires. Il y a seulement une armoire dans l’autre chambre de lit. On a trouvé des fourmis dans le buffet de cuisine. La climatization dans la chambre sans fenêtres faisait tellement de bruit quand on devait l’éteindre pendant la nuit. Le bruit de la village et la plage ne pouvait pas être ignoré et se présentait pendant la majorIté de la nuit La salle de bain est vraiment très petit et étroite que une grande personne ne peut preque pas se tourner. La cuisine a une frigo qui fonctionne très bien, mais on n’a pas trouvé de freezeur. La zone d’entrée et aussi utilisé de voisins direct

Amazing view of Menton waterfront

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The deck area was super too and had amazing views across the Menton harbour. Mia was welcoming and very helpful. We loved the bottle of Lemoncello that was offered on arrival. The apartment is on a steep hillside which requires a fair amount of step climbing to reach the town and the waterfront. Though probably not ideal for people with mobility concerns, the hillside location does offer amazing views in return. Thank you Mia for the very pleasant stay. .

Directions and greeting excellent from hosts . View is spectacular and Appartment is bigger than photos can show , outdoor space is absolutely priceless. It is situated high up from the town , so steps or slopes are part of your day . You don’t get a view like you have without a bit of work , well worth it !! Appartement mit traumhaften Blick über Menton

Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen ungeeignet, da der direkte Zugang zum Bad nur über das eine Schlafzimmer möglich ist. Desweiteren ist das Bad sehr schmal und nur von einer Person zur Zeit nutzbar. Über die angepriesene Terasse müssen auch die Mieter der anliegenden Wohnung das Haus verlassen und stören so ständig die Privatsphäre.

Splendide appartement avec vue magnifique

Très bel appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et sur la vieille ville de Menton. Appartement très bien équipé et propreté au rendez-vous. Propriétaires accueillants et très sympathiques. Seul bémol : le passage devant la baie vitrée et sur la terrasse, des personnes louant l'autre appartement. Tout comme les propriétaires qui ont leur balcon au-dessus de la terrasse et qui passent également à proximité pour descendre dans le jardin. Aucune intimité lorsque l'on souhaite bronzer sur la terrasse ou dormir les volets ouverts. C'est le seul inconvénient, mais à part ça, c'est vraiment une très belle location.

Magique !

Séjour de rêve dans cet appartement avec une vue magique sur la mer et sur le vieille ville de Menton. Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié est de pouvoir manger et lire sur une superbe terrasse et dormir avec une vue sur la vieille ville et la mer (lit double dans un coin véranda). On n'a même pas tiré les rideaux pour dormir, car la vue est magique à toute heure. On stationne sans difficulté dans la rue et on peut aller à la plage et la vieille ville à pied. A part ca, c'est bien équipé, extrêmement propre, la communication avec les propriétaires est très facile. On a fait la balade de Menton à Monaco à pied (ancien sentier des douaniers), sur recommandation des proprio et c'était super. Une de mes meilleures expériences de location. A recommender absolument !

Le plaisir d’un joli logement avec terasse pour profiter d’un panorama exceptionnel

Séjour très agréable dans La villa L’ensoleillée idéalement située qui offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le vieux village de Menton et la mer en surplomb de la plage desSablettes.. L’appartement les Citronniers très bien aménagé et impeccable, dispose d’une jolie terasse ombragée où nous avons pu petit déjeuner et déjeuner. Très bon accueil de nos hôtes Eric et Mia. A signaler, la villa comporte deux autres appartements contigües avec terasse disposant du même panorama magifique.

Vacances avec vue !!!

L'appartement est entièrement neuf, parfaitement fonctionnel et très agréable pour 1 couple. La terrasse est absolument parfaite; elle est ombragée de telle sorte que nous avons pu y prendre petit-déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners en profitant d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la vieille ville de Menton. Impossible de s'en lasser car la lumière joue à tout heure avec les couleurs des maisons. Possibilité de se garer sans difficulté devant la maison et de descendre à la plage ou dans la ville à pieds. Erik et Mia ont été des hôtes très discrets et très agréables et ont répondu à nos demandes sans délais. Bref, nous avons adoré ce séjour de 11 nuits et nous avons hâte d'y revenir.

Rundum perfekt!

Die Aussicht ist einfach nur traumhaft! Alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt: top Zustand, top Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Min zu Fuß, hauptsächlich über einen Privatweg. Die Fußgängerzone mit ihren Geschäften und Restaurants ist ca. 10 Min (Fußweg) entfernt, genauso wie der Markt mit frischen Lebensmitteln & Spezialitäten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in einem - es war perfekt für uns! Wir haben vor allem es sehr genossen abends auf der eigenen Terrasse bei einem Glas Wein und der pittoresken Aussicht den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Besten Dank an die Gastgeber!
