Condo features 1 bedroom with 2 NEW queen-size beds, 1 fully renovated bathroom, full kitchen (including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, etc) and a living area with free Wi-Fi.

This condo features a full size communal pool with a great swim area and patio to enjoy spectacular sunsets on main channel Lake Hamilton! Patio includes outdoor grills and outdoor seating to accommodate family fun. With gated security, this property is well maintained with covered parking, tennis courts, game room, and a laundry room. Covered boat slip available for an additional charge (inquire prior to booking for availability).

We are a family of 4 that stayed here to visit Hot Springs. This place was affordable, clean and a great place to stay. The building is older but really nicely maintained and had an awesome pool area that overlooks lake Hamilton. I would definitely recommend anyone come stay here for their trip!

We had a wonderful time with relatives and the condo was very clean and was perfect for me and my husband. We visited the state and national parks and they were beautiful. The casino was top notch. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Great pool and convenient location

This apt was very clean and host was accomodating with great communication. The pool was very nice and location very close to lots of fun things! The only downside was the mattresses were noisy and not so comfortable and the toilet/shower room was very small.

Perfect little Couples Getaway condo

My fiancé and I wanted a quiet place to stay kind of away from the busy part of Hot Springs. This was the place! Nice pool area. Random seating areas around the lake. Still close enough to everything of convenience. It was perfect for us! It was very clean and well stocked with towels and had any kitchenware you could possibly need.

Sufficient Accommodations

This property was close in proximity to our extended family staying in a separate Lakehouse. The strong smell of cologne/air freshener was an overwhelming as we entered the property. It seemed to mask an underlying smell. A few towels and a blanket smelled a bit stale. Overall, it was clean, safe and provided a convenient stay.
