Mooie complete woning

Mooi huis fijn zwembad. Airco in alle ruimtes erg fijn. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving maar wel allemaal met reisafstand.

Overall good, some improvements possible/needed

As the owner was not able to receive us, we had to discover the house on our own. We had adequate telephone assistance to get the key and deactivate the alarm, but showing us around at arrival would have been nice. That way we wouldn't have been surprised by an active alarm on the swimming pool. The house was exactly how it is described on the web, airco working properly (only one in the bedroom making some really strange noise), wifi working great, swimming pool okay, two nice bathrooms, ... Cleaning could have been more thorough. Possible improvements: put a shower hose on the bathtub upstairs, connect the extraction above the cooking plate to outside (now it is blowing in the house, so pretty useless), close the numerous cracks and holes around the doors/windows as they are entering places for ants. Summer visitors should be aware that the house is surrounded by trees, insects are never far away (wasps, ants, musquitos). Despite some of the above mentioned issues we experienced, we had a good time in Grignan. The owner gave us some nice ideas on locations to visit (tapas restaurant in St-Restitut was great!) and was always available when needed.

Maison très agréable, propre et bien équipée. Cadre calme et très proche du centre de Grignan. Le propriétaire a été très disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très agréable séjour dans son ensemble

Magnifique maison très agréable à vivre, bien équipée, très belle décoration et environnement. L’extérieur très bien entretenu et grand. Petit bémol, départementale peu empruntée à proximité. Maison difficile à trouver, nous vous préconisons de bien vous renseigner sur son accès auparavant.

Belle maison moderne, proche du village de Grignan à pied. Petit bémol sur la présence d'un axe routier passant à proximité de la maison.

Très bon séjour entre amis

Cadre accueillant, maison bien équipée, permettant à chacun de disposer de son espace, pièces disposant de climatisation, studio indépendant non climatisé, terrain agréable, piscine idéale, le tout adapté pour des séjours en famille et entre amis. La proximité de Grignan- 10 minutes à pied- permet d'accéder aux commerces. Les sites touristiques sont facilement accessibles, ainsi que les restaurants et les bars. Valérie et Raphaël ont été agréables et réactifs à nos demandes.

Séjour très agréble

Valérie a été très arrangeante au niveau des heures d’arrivée et de départ. La maison est très belle et moderne. L’emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter la ville de Grignan. Néanmoins, petit soucis au niveau de la wifi qui fonctionnait mal. Propriétaires très agréables.
