Appartement bien Ă©quipĂ© et idĂ©alement situĂ© proche des commerces, restaurants et lagon. L’appartement est trĂšs exposĂ© au soleil (heureusement qu’il y a la clim dans la chambre qui refroidit une partie de l’appartement) mais nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la terrasse/salon extĂ©rieur. Nous avons dĂ©couvert Ă  notre arrivĂ©e que des travaux avaient lieu Ă  partir de 7h30 le matin dans la rĂ©sidence.

Séjour fort agréable

Location bien située, lagon à pied à 150m. Toutes commodités à deux pas. Appartement confortable, bien équipé et propre. Bien que la rue soit sans issue et du coup peu fréquentée, le son généré par le passage est amplifié par les bùtiments environnants.

Correspond à l'annonce. Appartement bien équipé. Travaux dans l'appartement juste en dessous, dommage au vu des nuisances sonores engendrées (réveil à 8h tous les jours de la semaine) Propriétaire devenant vite désagréable quand les choses ne vont pas dans son sens. Cela ne donne pas envie de revenir malgré la bonne localisation de l'appartement. Les problÚmes personnels de la propriétaire ne doivent pas détériorer la qualité d'accueil.
