Enjoy this large "Mas Provencal" ideal for resting and sharing beautiful moments with loved ones.
This large family farmhouse in the heart of nature is freshly renovated, with a beautiful view of the Diois massif, swimming pool, spa, and many games. Can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people.
It consists of 6 tastefully renovated bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a large, very well-equipped kitchen, a large games room, a protected 9x4m swimming pool, and a quiet and natural park. The house has games and equipment for children and infants and everything you need for "older" children: billiards, ping-pong, barbecue, plancha, indoor sauna. This "Mas" Exceptional and quiet setting, surrounded by fields and forests, with a beautiful view on the famous "Synclinal de Saou", near a fresh river and many touristic places of the DrĂŽme.
Around, beautiful hikes possible, tourist villages, farmers' markets, breweries, finally everything you love for a relaxing holiday.
20 minutes from Montelimar, 1h40 from Lyon.

This is our vacation home that we also rent out. We hope you like it as much as we do.

We had an amazing stay, the house was clean, beds were comfortable and everything thing was there. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies so cooking was a blast. We would definitely come back to this paradise.

Nice house for big group of friends

Our group of friends had a very nice stay in this big and spacious house. We were a little unlucky with the strong and cold wind, but the spacious inside and sauna made up for it. The kitchen is well equipped so it was easily possible to cook for 20 people. The check-in was very flexible as we arrived a little earlier than planned.

Terrific stay

We spent a week in the house with friends and had a great time. We were 20 people, but the home and property were so large that it never felt crowded. The pictures lived fully up to the expectations with large bedrooms, a large living room, a big kitchen and superb outdoor facilities. All our questions were answered quickly. The only problem was the fridge/refrigerator, which was leaking. It seems a bit weird it wasn't fixed as I could read in another review dating from June that there were problems with it back then. It would have been nice to have been notified about it and that some extra towels were being provided to wipe the floors. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend it to others.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Entgegen der Beschreibung sind es aber sieben Schlafzimmer. Es gibt zwei große HauptbĂ€der, noch ein kleineres Bad und zwei separate Toiletten. Das Anwesen liegt sehr abgelegen, so dass auch Musik niemanden stört. Allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer ĂŒber der KĂŒche sehr hellhörig. Auch fĂŒr Kinder gibt es mehr als genug Möglichkeiten. Ein separates Schlafzimmer (mit sechs Betten), ein eigenes Spielzimmer mit Wendeltreppe in das untere Wohnzimmer. Auch gibt es vor dem Haus ein KlettergerĂŒst und Trampolin sowie einen Boule -Platz.Es gibt ausreichend StellplĂ€tze fĂŒr Fahrzeuge auf der Wiese. Die Übernahme und Übergabe vom Haus war problemlos. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung gibt es einen Bioladen und eine kleine Ortschaft mit sehr guten BĂ€ckern. Ich empfehle, im Haus nicht mehr als 14 Erwachsene unterzubringen. Kurzum, super schöne Gegend, tolles Anwesen.

Un super moment avec mes amis et ma famille

J’ai passĂ© un trĂšs bon moment dans ce merveilleux mas qui est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© ! Impossible de s’ennuyer avec la piscine, la table de ping pong, le terrain de pĂ©tanque et les jeux sur place. Les grands espaces et les tables permettent Ă  tous de toujours manger ensemble et partager des moments sans ĂȘtre les uns sur les autres. La communication avec la conciergerie Ă©tait trĂšs simple et fluide. Les draps sont inclus mais les serviettes en supplĂ©ment. Les chambres sont toutes trĂšs grandes, les lits trĂšs confortables. Une des chambres a nĂ©anmoins des fenetres rikikis, mais on ne vit pas dans les chambres dans cette trĂšs grande maison. Tout Ă©tait propre et bien rangĂ© ! Les Ă©tiquettes sur les placards sont trĂšs utiles ! Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours à l'Ascension dans le mas et y avons passé, petits et grands, de tres bons moments. Confortable et trÚs bien équipé . Les différents espaces permettent à chacun, petits et grands, de trouver son compte ( salle de jeu, ping pong, billard...ect ) et l'endroit est calme, au vert. Les enfants ont pu se baigner un peu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Magnifique séjour

La maison Ă©tait trĂšs spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piĂšce principale est vraiment agrĂ©able et la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut. On se sent Ă  l’aise mĂȘme nombreux. Grandes chambres et bonne literie. Les enfants ont bien profitĂ© de la salle de jeu et nous de la piscine et de l’extĂ©rieur. Encore merci pour les bon conseils de balades et villages aux alentours. Retour d’une semaine entre copains

Une maison avec un beau potentiel, nous Ă©tions 10 adultes et 7 enfants. Il y a de l’espace, on ne se marche pas dessus ce qui est apprĂ©ciable. Pour les enfants pas mal d’installations (salle de jeu, toboggan, balançoire, trampoline (le trampoline nĂ©cessiterai l’ajout de mousse de protection sur l’extĂ©rieur). L’extĂ©rieur est vraiment sympathique (la plancha serait Ă  changer, vraiment pas agrĂ©able d’utilisation). Cambrant le bĂ©mol que nous avons retenu Ă  la majoritĂ© c’est la propretĂ© et l’hygiĂšne du lieu qui n’était vraiment pas top, dommage ! Merci Ă  Delphine pour sa rĂ©activitĂ© lors de divers Ă©changes.

Belle grande maison dans un joli cadre calme.les abords de la piscine pas nettoyĂ©s, la douche impraticable ,petit coin pelouse tondu mais herbes pas ramassĂ©es donc plein la piscine.la table extĂ©rieure en bois Ă  moitiĂ© pourrie cachĂ©e par une belle nappe.belles chambres spacieuses (mais prises dans une chambre dangereuses).3 salles de bain (et non pas 4 comme indiquĂ©es dans l'annonce). Dans la belle cuisine avec beaucoup de vaisselle, le frigo amĂ©ricain, dĂ©jĂ  bien rempli (pour l'hygiĂšne devrait ĂȘtre vide) Ă  chaque utilisation de l'eau fraĂźche, fuyait de plus en plus sur le carrelage. Belle plancha mais pas de bouteille de gaz de rechange,le barbecue du 3Ăšme jour c'est fini Ă  la poĂȘle. Manque de notices (poubelles, bouteilles, tri selectif? CafetiĂšre...) . Vu le prix de la location,ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments auraient dĂ» ĂȘtre Ă©vitĂ©s

Grande maison parfaite pour un sĂ©jour avec une quinzaine d’amis et enfants. Les extĂ©rieurs sont tops avec balançoire et trampoline pour les petits, piscine et terrain de pĂ©tanque pour les grands. Un petit bĂ©mol que nous avons rĂ©solu par des boules quies : l’isolation phonique n’est pas optimum et les chambres au dessus du salon + cuisine restent trĂšs bruyantes.
