Reverie villa, a spacious villa with private pool and breathtaking sea view

Kato Stalos Village is a seaside village, 7km away from the beautiful Chania city. The long, sandy and organized beach gains a Blue Flag every year. Reverie Villa is located on the top of a hill and offers a breathtaking and unobstructed panoramic sea view. The beautiful Chania city is only 8km away, while Stalos is the starting point of the touristic area of Chania, that extends from Stalos to Platanias. This is the area where the most popular beach bars and clubs of Chania are located.

The garden is divided into 3 levels. The private pool is on the higher level and except of the amazing sea view it offers panoramic view over the green hills and the mountains in background. On the middle level there is a barbecue and a traditional stone oven and next to them an outdoor wooden dining set under a wooden pergola. The lower level is covered by grass and furnished with a 2 seater wooden swing for romantic moments...

The spacious villa is built on four levels. As it is set on a slope, the entrance opens onto the third level, where there is an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a small sitting area; a bathroom completes this level. A few steps above, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the second level, there is an additional double en-suite bedroom. The first level features a spacious sitting area, two double bedrooms—one with an en-suite bathroom—and a family bathroom. Two single beds are found on the mezzanine floor.
