Welcome Home!

This stunning property boasts 4 Full Baths (2 have steam showers), 4 bedrooms each with a king or queen bed, Office (also with a queen bed). You will be blown away by all the charming details of this meticulous renovation. Over 3,000 square feet, top floor unit with elevator, central to downtown and just across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center.

This unit has everything you will need for a great stay and can accommodate very large groups without feeling cramped. It is newly renovated, has laundry, stocked kitchen, tons of space, 2 entrances, fire escape, elevator access, 2 large flat screen TVs with streaming service and sonos bars, High speed WiFi. One of the "bedrooms" does NOT have a door, it has a desk in it and can be used as a bedroom or an office.

The entire condo is completely private.

This condo is right above two amazing restaurants. The unit is built with sound proofing but does get ambient noise/vibrations from the ventilation system in one of the bedrooms during business hours.

We are happy to set up the two twin beds by request.

This property is in the very heart of downtown, just across the street from The Salt Palace Convention Center and just down the street from City Creek shopping & Dining. Just a couple blocks from Temple Square & a few blocks from Gateway & Vivint Smart Home Arena, home of the Utah Jazz. The property is incredibly walkable, bursting with food, coffee, and nightlife options. Make sure to visit Pretty Bird while you are here, YUM!

This property is in the very heart of downtown. It is in the free metro part of the city so no need to pay if you are staying downtown. You can ride the metro straight from the airport!

We do have a parking spot available close to the condo.

Stayed during a volleyball tournament and the location to Salt Lake Palace Convention Center and the mall is amazing! Great space in a loft setting and easy walking distance to anything you need, or if going further the tram is close by too!

Great, beautiful space with large open kitchen. Perfect for a large group. Very conveniently located across the street from the convention center. On the 3rd floor and the elevator didn’t work the entire stay so that was a challenge.

PERFECT HOUSE & LOCATION

We all loved our stay at this property! It was the perfect house and location for our business event at the Salt Palace Convention Center! The house is absolutely beautiful and we all had plenty of space! There were a few things that needed fixed upon our arrival and the owner had maintenance on it right away! Wonderful stay! I would absolutely book again!

Perfect location and space

This is our second time staying here while we attended a concert in Salt Lake City. The location and the space are incredible. Very comfortable for a group of 10 and you don’t have to worry about being a little noisy as it is right over the Benihana restaurant. Out the door (down the steps) and grab an electric scooter and you are ready to explore. Would definitely stay here again.

Property owners were fantastic to work with. Didn’t mind the steps one bit. Those of us with older eyes, need a light in the evening to see the key pad! This is absolutely lovely space with great natural lighting and a fantastic vibe!

This is perfect location for events at Salt Palace or Vivant Stadium! There are a lot of stairs. No good if your group is out of shape, but tons of privacy and lots of space. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Not worth staying here

Quality and location of property are great...but not worth it. Place is above 2 restaurants, which smells of old greasy food. And noise is bad. Restaurants are open late, making it hard to go to sleep. And they have cleaning crews come in the morning to vacuum, which woke us up on both of the nights we stayed. The place was also not clean. Multiple sheets had stains in them, which was disgusting. To make matters worse, the property manager/owner does not communicate. And does not know how to properly run a rental property. We were stuck outside the place without check in instructions and property manager/owner was not responsive. Had to call VRBO, and they had to call property manager multiple times to get in touch with them. I rarely take the time to leave a review, but felt obligated in this case because our experience was so bad. Pictures look great, but do not make the same mistake we did and stay here. It is not worth it!

Perfect Location downtown

The photos don’t do this place any justice. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped, all beds were very comfortable, steam/sauna shower was amazing!! Walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. Even two restaurants right below the penthouse which made life easy if anyone needed a quick food fix. Owners took great care of us and answered all questions in a timely manner. Will stay here again for our next snowboard trip to Utah.
