Absolutely beautiful villa, ideal for two families. The whole villa was so well equipped with all essentials and everything was set up perfectly for our arrival. Communication with the owners was excellent. With a baby and a wheelchair user the access to local facilities was quite difficult however the Ubers were reliable therefore this wasn’t too much of an issue, but it’s worth noting the area is a little isolated if you’re not able to walk far. Overall it was excellent and we had an amazing time!

Thanks again for another lovely stay in your gorgeous villa…. We enjoyed two fantastic weeks with our family. Great location to the airport, vilamoura, restaurants, shops, beach all 10/15 min away…. Will definitely be back! Have found a great holiday location home from home in a lovely quiet area 😌

We loved our stay here!

The villa is truly a gem! It has plenty of space and has all the modern amenities at your disposal. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool and watching the beautiful sunsets from the rooftop. It’s close enough to Amancil town to make it convenient for shopping yet far enough that it feels tranquil. A lovely property with lots to offer and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Amazing villa

We had an amazing time at the villa … a great holiday for two families! The pool was a great size for the kids to enjoy and the adults to cool off in! The bbq area is lovely and with Lidl near by it was easy to stock up on all the groceries and necessities for the holiday. Varna is a great host and is very helpful on arrival and keeps in touch if you need anything thoughout your stay. The facilities are 5 star … bedrooms and bathrooms all very modern and spacious. The main living area is very spacious with a lovely kitchen and dining table. The coffee machine was a big hit for our families ! The laundry room is an added bonus and comes with everything you need to throw a quick wash on if needed! The football table was a big hit with the adults and kids! Nice and sheltered and provides a great break from the sun for the kids. The roof top is an amazing space and perfect to catch sunrise and sunset in the Algarve. We used UBER taxis to get around and never had to wait more than a few minutes for one to arrive…. Everything is within 5/10 min from the villa… restaurants/supermarkets/marina etc Couldn’t fault any of the Villa… we had a great holiday and made even more special with the great house and pool , we will definitely be back! La maison est incroyable, plus belle que sur les photos, très fonctionnelle, la piscine est assez grande et chauffée par le soleil, les espaces nuits sont parfaits, l’accueil par Manuela était super, le coin barbecue est sympa également, varna répond à toutes nos questions rapidement, nous pourrions revenir sans hésiter.

Urlaub im September/Oktober 2024

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche) hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit 11 Nächten in diesem Haus verbracht. Leider haben wir das Haus nicht auf Anhieb gefunden. Dank dem Kontakt mit der Putzfrau klappte es dann. Evtl. könnte dies auf der Homepage noch korrigiert werden, da der angegebene Punkt nicht ganz korrekt bzw. zu ungenau ist. Die Übergabe erfolgte ebenfalls durch die Putzfrau, welche nur portugiesisch gesprochen hat und somit etwas schwierig war. Offene Fragen wurden jedoch durch die Vermieterin rasch beantwortet. Betreffend Sauberkeit müssen wir etwas die Küche bemängeln. Es gibt sehr viele Geräte und Utensilien in der Küche und wenn die Vormieter diese leider nicht sauber hinterlassen, ist dies für den Nachmieter nicht so toll. In der Nähe gab es eine Baustelle von welcher entsprechend Baulärm kam, welchen wir jedoch nicht als gross störend wahrnahmen. Die Lage ansonsten war sehr gut. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Aldi + Lidl, in der Umgebung konnten diverse Ausflüge gemacht werden und das Meer war auch nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

A estadia foi má. O alojamento, tem o ar condicionado avariado em 50% dos quartos (constrangimento conhecido, pois um dos quartos está equipado com dois ventiladores, que não fazem qualquer diferença). Os quartos, permanecem com uma temperatura igual ou superior a 27ºC. Inaceitável O alojamento estava sujo, obrigando os hóspedes a limpar todas as divisões. Colocar camas nos quartos, não os transforma em "verdadeiros" quartos, mas sim em camaratas (dois dos quartos são camaratas). O alojamento está a 20m de uma obra de construção civil activa, com ruído das 08:00 até às 20:00h (por vezes termina mais cedo). A zona de piscina não está devidamente limpa, com folhas e teias de aranha. Este alojamento, não está "rental ready". É claramente uma casa de férias da proprietária, pensada, eventualmente, para a família, amigos ou conhecidos. Parece uma boa escolha, mas infelizmente não é. Vou apresentar uma reclamação formal.

Amazing house to rest with family

We’ve been amazed by the house first time we entered, the pics are great but seeing it is even better. Starting from the booking process I’ve to say that speaking with the landlord Varna has been very easy, fast responses and very nice and helpful person. In the house you can find everything that is needed to spend your holiday with a lot of comfort. I’ve choose that place to go with the family and have time to rest and my daughter to play in the swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped (actually there’re 2 kitchens so you’ve enough space to store items in the 2 fridges), comfortable sofa, nice modern tv, fast internet connection and coverage on all the property (so I could run some online meetings with my legs on the water 😊). Large table in the living room, we had the opportunity to have really nice dinners with friends (I cooked a lot on the barbecue!!) and a good sound system that makes the atmosphere with some music. It’s a very peaceful place, no noise (except some dogs barking early in the morning). I think is the ideal place if you need to charge you’re batteries. If I’ve to find a cons, the only thing is that everything you need you’ve to drive by car as it’s around 5-10min drive from everything. But it’s normal if you want to stay in a peaceful place… Thanks again to Varna and for sure we’ll come again in the future! Ciao

Villa très agréable

Villa agréable, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Équipements complets. Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine. Pour tout déplacement il faut prendre la voiture, rooftop non aménagé ( dommage ) attention aux fourmis qui se régalent même dans la salle de bain. Petit problème de clim dans 2 chambres. Manuela est adorable, reactive et très serviable. Nous recommandons cette villa

Maison très agréable, piscine au top exposée toute la journée au soleil donc relativement chaude. L'accueil de Manuela était parfait (elle était déjà là à notre arrivée). Je recommande cette endroit, au calme et proche de toutes commodités également.

Lovely stay in a wonderful property

We had such an amazing time here. The house itself is beautiful, very well equipped and lots of space for two families to enjoy. The pool and gardens are lovely too and it is very well located. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout and they were super helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we cannot recommend highly enough.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse, au calme et bien située. Maison très bien équipée et joliment décorée. This house is family-owned, my grandfather was born there in 1907!

What makes this property unique

This villa is unique because it has many little places to sit, chat and chill. It's a soothing place for yourself.
The large table in the shade, the tarballs the terraces and the swimming pool make it a very friendly place too.
It’s very very well located: in the “gold triangle” of Algarve . Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura beaches are very close.
And you are in the the middle of Algarve to see all beautiful things around. International airport is only 25 mn and the place is very calm…
