This 26 m² studio, rated 2 stars, charms with its ideal location and stunning views over the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay and the Port de la Houle. Fully equipped and comfortable, it allows you to enjoy the lively port atmosphere without the tourist crowds, as the studio is situated at the end of the port, right next to a small beach and to the famous hiking trail GR34.

The studio Les Hauts de la Houle, blending charm and comfort, is filled with natural light thanks to two large windows offering panoramic views of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay and the Port de la Houle. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area with a table and a breakfast bar by the window to fully enjoy the panorama. The sleeping area features a 140 x 190 cm bed, a bedside table, and a desk. The studio includes a shower room and separate toilet.

Note:

  • The studio is located on the 2nd and top floor of a beautiful stone house divided into three holiday rentals. It does not have private parking, but paid parking is available at the foot of the house and a free parking lot is just 300 meters away.
  • No wifi.
  • The studio is not suitable for babies.
  • Bed linen is available as an option for €20 per person. The kit includes bed linen as well as one large and one small towel per person.

Excellentes vacances en famille à Cancale

Superbe séjour en famille dans la très belle maison de Laura ! Nous étions 5 adultes et un enfant de deux ans : nous avons pu profiter des beaux espaces de la maison : les chambres, les pièces de vie et le jardin sont suffisamment grands pour permettre à chacun.e d'avoir son espace de tranquillité. Les deux télétravailleurs ont bénéficié d'une bonne connexion wifi et il y avait un bureau dans deux des chambres. Un lit parapluie et une chaise haute sont disponibles dans la maison, parfait pour notre fils. La mer est à 5min en voiture (Port plage et Verger). Jannick, qui nous a accueilli.e.s, était très sympathique. Une maison dans laquelle nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vue splendide sur la Baie du Mont-Saint-Michel

La vue de l'appartement était vraiment splendide, et on a adoré découvrir Cancale en étant à la fois proche du centre (à pied), tout en restant au calme en bord de mer. Mention spéciale pour la baignade du matin..au pied de l'appartement ! On vous recommande chaudement. Encore merci à Jannick, la personne qui nous accueille. Elle était vraiment chaleureuse et accueillante, et ultra accommodante.

Merveilleux Séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. L appartement est idéalement bien placé avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons pu faire la visite de Cancale à pieds sans prendre la voiture, les restaurants et les commerces sont à proximité sur le port et en plus les gens sont charmants. Vraiment nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce superbe studio , l accueil avec Jannick était parfait, nous reviendrons à coup sûr.
