Une très belle adresse

Idéalement placée entre la base nord et le centre ville, cette maison est au calme. Terrasse très agréable. Décoration très sympa. Cuisine bien équipée. Pas grand chose à redire Mise à part le ménage qui a été survolé une erreur très certainement car l’on voit que c’est une maison bien tenue dans l’ensemble. Petite remarque cependant sur le linge de maison, 15€ par personne pour des draps non repassés et seulement 2 serviette de toilettes dépareillées et pas de la première jeunesse c’est dommage. Bilan restant plus que positif ! Merci et à bientôt

Vie au bord de mer

Maison faite pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis. Le studio est un vrai plus pour les jeunes parents. Le patio permet de belles soirées. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre ville.

Impeccable

Maison impeccable, propre, bien entretenue avec tout le confort. Accueil très sympathique et communication régulière avec la propriétaire. Nous sommes ravis et allons revenir prochainement. A bientôt donc :)

Une maison charmante et bien placée mais ...

Clefs laissées sous une poubelle à notre arrivée. Pas de book d'accueil (on se débrouille pour trouver les codes wifi, les bonnes adresses des commerçants, l'arrivée générale de l'électricité qui disjoncte sans arrêt car nous avons dû pousser les radiateurs pour chauffer une maison qui n'avait pas été habitée depuis un moment etc...). Propreté des lieux insuffisante : tous les placards et tiroirs de la cuisine étaient poisseux et collants. Nous avons laissé une cuisine plus propre en partant. Ne parlons pas des toilettes du studio avec de l'urine séché sur le rebord de la cuvette. Studio qui faisait partie intégrante de la location et pour lequel nous avons dû batailler pour en avoir l'accès. Et tout ceci est bien dommage car la maison a beaucoup de charme même si elle commence à souffrir d'un réel manque d'entretien et commence à sentir l'humidité ... chauffer un minimum les lieux quand vous n'y êtes pas ... la région est humide en hiver ! Je ne recommande pas. En 30 ans de locations de vacances, cette location se place très bien dans notre top flop.
