Mums Monet adventure

We had a brilliant holiday here. The focus of the trip was to see Monets garden. However the accommodation, grounds, cockerel, chicks and hosts Isabelle and Phillipe made it extra special. Nothing was too much trouble at all. We would definitely recommend staying here.

A very nice apartment in beautiful surroundings.

A lovely apartment situated in the heart of Parcy with a very pretty garden next to a river…. the perfect place for a restful chat with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The owner is so kind and helpful and just wanted to make our stay perfect. Well appointed kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. It’s a perfect place for visiting Giverney, Chartres, Rouen and Paris. There’s an excellent restaurant just along the road in the local hotel too.

The accommodation was clean. The directions were accurate. We were surprised we had to supply our own toilet paper and dish soap. Otherwise, stay was good.

Comme dans tous les autres gîtes, un rouleau de papier toilette neuf était installé dans les toilettes à votre arrivée et le liquide vaisselle était sous l'évier.

Jardin exceptionnel

Sommes venus avec notre petite fille pour visiter Giverny qui se trouve a 25 minutes. Logement impeccable, tres bien meublé avec goût. Jardin exceptionnel où on peut se relaxer dans le calme avec vue sur l Eure. Isabelle est une personne d une extrême gentillesse !! Tres disponible. Je recommande fortement ! Reviendrons certainement.

LAMENTABLE

Lamentable actitud de la propietaria, habiendo más inquilinos en la zona de estancia, siempre nos mostraba su malestar con objecciones de la puerta abierta, cuando NUNCA eramos nosotros. Por otro lado, se quejaba de que teniamos el calentador con mayor temperatura, cuando la temperatura de la casa era de 10 grados. Creo que no es buen sitio donde hospedarse.

Location agréable avec un jardin magnifique au bord de l'eau. Tout y es pour 6 personnes maximum. Nos chiens l'ont tout autant apprécies avec le plan d'eau à proximité. Magnifiques promenades et visites culturelles à faire dans les environs.

Fantastic property that provides everything that you need in a rental.

From the moment we were welcomed by Isabel we knew we were going to be in for a wonderful stay. Isabel is so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The house was spotlessly clean and beautiful, the gardens with the fruit laden trees was stunning and the setting down by the river where we ended up every afternoon was just perfect. The house was lovely and cool and we had everything we needed. Isabel was always around if we needed her. She works so hard to make your stay so perfect, and ours was just that. If I could give 6 stars I would. We were 2 x 50 plus year olds and 2 x 60 plus year old, and all agreed that we had chosen well. We would thoroughly recommend the property. Pacy is a lovely town with every thing so close by. There are so many wonderful places to visit that we had the perfect holiday. Thank you Isabel. It was wonderful.

Agréable et convivial

Séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison très fonctionnelle pour une famille avec deux tout-petits (pas d'escalier par exemple). Isabelle est très sympathique et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour serein : prêt de 2 lits parapluie, d'une chaise haute et d'une petite baignoire. La partie extérieure est très grande. Le centre-ville et tous ses commerces utiles sont à 5 min à pied. En deux mots : je recommande !

Accueil, charme et calme : une location au top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le gite très agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié le jardin en bordure de l'Eure pour des moments de détente au calme à l'ombre de ses grands arbres. La situation est parfaite pour des visites aux alentours et la proximité de Pacy-sur-Eure est idéale (petits commerces, bars, bonnes brasseries et restaurants). Enfin, on peut souligner l'accueil et la sympathie de la propriétaire toujours souriante et très à l'écoute. Un endroit charmant dans lequel on reviendra sans aucun doute !
