Come and experience the amazing Alabama Gulf Coast at Windward Pointe 402! This unit is new to the rental market and is sure to provide a wonderful vacation experience for you and your family. Unit 402 has stainless steel appliances and a spacious fully stocked kitchen for all of your entertaining needs. There is plenty of seating at the dining table & bar for a more traditional feel and then in the living room area for a more relaxed atmosphere. Flat screen TVs and free WiFi access throughout also allow for those modern entertainment touches. Once ready to retire for the night, you are sure to be well-rested in one of the three bedrooms unit 402 has to offer. There is a King bed and private bathroom in the Master, a Queen bed in Guest bedroom 2, then 2 Full beds in Guest bedroom 3. Both guest bedrooms will share the second full bathroom. There is so much to do outside in the area, and you can start on the full size balcony overlooking the pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This balcony can be easily accessed from the living area and the Master bedroom too.

Be sure to take full advantage of all these great amenities Windward Pointe has to offer! There is a boardwalk taking you to the sugar-white beach and outdoor showers for when you return. The beachfront outdoor pool offers gorgeous views and a large sunbathing area. The kiddie pool for the little ones is just a few steps from here. Grill out with the condo's grilling area in the covered common space that includes a TV. The heated indoor pool is perfect for the occasional chilly or rainy day, and nearby you'll also find the hot tub, workout room, & steam/sauna rooms. We didn't have the best first impression with the condo outside, little dirty and lots of overflowing trash in bins. The door mats really old and dirty but once we entered the condo was beautiful. It was very sandy which I understand that it is probably hard to clean. We did sweep up a huge pile of sand but they need a dustpan :) Then on the deck we did the same. The furniture on balcony was quite cheap for such an expensive condo. I was on trip with 3 grandsons so they didn't mind anything mentioned but I would have been disappointed had it been a girl's trip. The pool area is nice, and of course all we were there for was the Gulf and it never disappoints.

Multiple stays

We've stayed at Windward Point multiple times over the years and always enjoy the location, the unit, and the amenities. A few minor things this time around (which wouldn't deter us from booking again) were: sports court was closed for renovation and this was not disclosed before our arrival, hot tub was not working, dishwasher sounded like the motor was about to give out, master bathroom sink faucet handle was not attached so it spun around and/or came off, master bathroom tub drained very slowly, and one of the master bathroom towel racks was not securely tightened to the wall so it came off a few times.

Windward pointe 402

Great view, maintenance staff (building and Prickett Prop.) were efficient. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well, the heated indoor pool was great for kids since outdoors was chilly, hose to wash off beach sand was well positioned, condo fresh appealing appearance. Fishers of men scripture plaque made me smile. Improvements are label stove top controls and fix time setting of dryer.

Condo was not the cleanest but doable. Just needs some TLC. Patio light never worked called maintance multiple times, kitchen sink leaked had to have plumber come and fix it. Multiple outlets not working. WiFi didn’t work for a couple days we had to reset the router with the help of the maintenance guy over the phone. We were locked out of the condo for about an hour because the keypad went dead and we had no other way to enter. Had to call maintanance at 10pm at night and wait for him to get there. He was able to locate a key at their office and let us in and allow him to fix the keypad. Did have great beach access. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Loved the property. Its in a great location in Orange Beach with plenty of restaurants around. I need to find out what kind of beds they have in the rooms because those were super comfortable.

The condo was decorated nicely! View was wonderful ! Communication was excellent. Does need some minor maintenance .The Master bathroom needs replacement of a towel rack. Also floors did not look clean in corner area of bathroom. The knob to the faucet in the guest bathroom needs cleaning or replacing. Doors in kitchen where washing machine is did not close. Would be nice to have blankets provided. Overall nice condo ,just not as updated as some.

Annual beach trip

This condo was perfect for us! We had six adults and 2 babies with us and we were comfortable! Easy access to three grocery stores and easy access to the beach! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Everything was great! We did have the dryer stop working but they were prompt in fixing. We had a wonderful time and would go back to the Windward again.

Convenient and affordable

This was a nice unit at Windward Pointe and I love that it was on the fourth floor! Not too high up with an incredible view. The unit could use a new stove and a few updates, but overall for the rental price, it was fabulous!

Windward Pointe

Overall just a decent stay. Never saw anyone clean pools and kiddie pool was always dirty. No hair dryer, but otherwise most things we needed in kitchen. Could use updating - cabinets, doors, all showing wear and tear. Good views and large porch were nice.

Great view

This was an amazing place. Room may need a fresh coat of paint here and there, and some blackout shades for the 2 bedrooms that have windows facing the outside hall. View is spectacular and watching the sun rise every morning on a deserted beach was fabulous.

Always lovely in Orange Beach

Sheets, bedding, and towels were very clean. The floor plan and view were great. However, I marked down to a 4 because cushions on 2 living room chairs and patio furniture were soiled and needed to be steam cleaned. Perhaps they will be cleaned or replaced by next season. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family has stayed in many different condos over the years. Here's what I loved about this one...-VERY close to the water and beautiful spot. -Smaller building so it was easy to get in and out of. -Amazing view, large balcony. -Very clean (except the floor was very dirty...not just sand as that is a normal battle, but dirt. Needs scrubbing.) -Nice kitchen with everything we needed. -Quiet. -Nice pool and outside bathrooms with easy access.A few things that were not so great... -The patio furniture is very old and crummy. Dirty thin cushions, cheap plastic chairs. For the price folks pay, this could be improved with minimal costs. -The dryer sticks out from the closet it's in so that the door cannot be closed. Again, easy fix considering what people are paying. -The size was perfect for the 4 of us; it would be cramped with 8 people. Just be aware.

Unfortunately the condo wasn’t cleaned very well. The balcony had piles of sand. The bathrooms could have been cleaned a lot better and could use some updating as well. The beds were comfortable. The furniture on the balcony needs replaced. We couldn’t even sit on most of it. But the view was great. The beach and pool were great too. Lots of restaurants and shops close.
