Sea Turtle ~ Cozy getaway less than 1/4 of a mile from the beach!

Beach house walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, & activities! Very close to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, St. Andrews State Park, & attractions such as Ripley's Believe It or Not!

Come enjoy our spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1 story duplex that has a washer & dryer on site for your needs. Your home will be equipped with free WiFi and 2 smart TV's that have Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu ready to go. We also provide charcoal grill, beach gear, board games, and outdoor games for family fun!

This is a duplex where we can host up to 14 guests in both units (see other listings). We also own the duplex next door where we can host another 14 guests to host a total of 28 guests for large groups for all 4 units.

We are, Alicia Wallis & John Mader, the proud owners of the Panama City Beach Duneplex! We are catastrophe insurance adjusters who both love real estate and the beach so we decided to buy the PCB Duneplex and make our dreams of home ownership near the beach a reality. We live full time in our RV traveling the country for work and settle down in Panama City Beach when we are not working.
