Beautiful place to relax, enjoy & explore the rivers

We (family with two kids) enjoyed our stay in Nicolas' house very much. The pool is extraordinary - including some bathing toys for the kids. The huge garden offers a lot of nice spots to relax and play. There are a lot of beautiful spots to take baths or go for canoe tour - be it the Ardeche, La Beaume or the Chassezac - all within 15-30 minutes by car. Nicolas was always very helpful and approachable. We enjoyed our stay so much and can only recommend the place and house!

Une Parenthèse Enchantée

Un havre de paix, tout est pensé pour qu on se sente comme chez soi. Calme, paisible, proche des commodités et dans une région sublime avec tellement des belles choses a voir.. 1 semaine aura été trop courte. Merci encore a Nicolas pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Une propriété de rêve au sud de l’Ardèche

Nicolas nous a acceuilli à bras ouverts. La maison est très bien équipée et le terrain bien entretenu. Le Cyprès est magnifique. La piscine est super ! A l’abri des regards et dans une impasse, la maison est vraiment bien située. Même si Rosières n’est pas un village de caractère, il y a deux boulangers à 10min de marche et un Intermarché à 5min en voiture et d’autres commodités. Puis dans un rayon de 30km vous avez tous les magnifiques paysages de l’Ardèche, en hauteur à Saint Laurent sous Coiron ou au bord des plages de l’Ardèche au départ de La Bastide de Virac ou à Casteljau dans le labyrinthe rocheux. L’espace est un luxe et cette propriété est définitivement adaptée pour les familles en quête d’espace. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. Le terrain encore une fois donne la possibilité de jouer avec les chiens et de lancer la baballe à plus de 100 mètres…Encore merci à Nicolas pour le chaleureux acceuil.

Superbe propriété

Nous avons séjourné à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) du 17 au 31/07 et avons passé un formidable séjour dans ce mas. Le cadre et la demeure sont superbes. Elle est parfaitement équipée pour passer un séjour très confortable en famille ou avec des amis (piscine, terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong, raquettes, ...). Elle est aussi située au calme sur un très grand terrain en palier, proche du village et de ses commodités et à proximité de nombreux sites touristiques. Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. De plus, Nicolas, le propriétaire, est une personne discrète et très bienveillante. Merci Nicolas! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Super séjour

Nous sommes partis en famille (couple + 4 enfants) - Nicolas est un hôte merveilleux ! d’une grande gentillesse. La maison est très jolie, située dans les hauteurs, avec une superbe vue ! Un séjour parfait dans une villa de haut standing en Ardèche Sud

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette très belle demeure idéalement située à proximité des sites touristiques remarquables et de toutes commodités. Maison très confortable, très bien équipée, située au calme sans voisinage direct et décorée avec goût. Un grand merci à Nicolas le propriétaire pour son dévouement sans faille lors de nos sollicitations. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter dans le futur.

Des vacances de rêve

Si vous recherchez la tranquillité ce mas est fait pour vous... Nous avons tout d'abord été très bien accueilli par Nicolas le propriétaire qui c'est démèné pour que nos vacances soient les plus confortables possibles. Le mas est entièrement rénové, fonctionnel, propre et très bien équipé. Le tout dans un cadre idyllique avec la grande piscine, la table de ping-pong, boules de pétanque, raquettes de badminton le tout sur un très grands terrain avec un verger sans vis-à-vis. À proximité des commerces et toutes commodités du village (moins de 5 minutes) Toutes les activités au alentours comme le kayak, canyoning, balade équestre son très proche de la location. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de locations avec autant de critères réunis. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés... Nicolas, pour notre part vous pouvez nous considérer comme des habitué car nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!! Encore merci pour l'accueil à bientôt Kévin et Émilie de Savoie
