<br>Detached house with swimming pool in Sanary sur mer, countryside setting. It is located in the heart of a large plot of land planted with multi-hundred-year-old olive trees.<br><br>Private above-ground swimming pool diameter 3m50 height 1m20, with secure ladder for children.<br><br>This air-conditioned house with a surface area of 55m2 consists of:<br><br>- 1 large living room with 160 x 190 sofa bed and television<br>- an open kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher<br>- a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and large cupboard<br>- a bedroom with bunk beds and dresser<br>- a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet<br>- a laundry room with washing machine<br>- a shaded terrace equipped with a gas plancha<br><br>The whole is located on a plot of about 3000m2 which is not fully fenced.<br><br>The beaches and the town centre are a 10-minute drive away.<br><br>The accommodation is limited to 6 people, so no parties, birthdays, and no noise pollution. We live 50m higher.<br><br>Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. If you wish to dispense with it, there is an additional charge of 60€.<br><br>Household linen (sheets and towels are not provided), possibility of rental at the rate of 15€ per person per stay. Please let us know 48 hours in advance.<br><br>In the summer period (July and August), rental only by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
