Welcome to the Lynne Court Guesthouse in the heart of the Berkshires!
We are happy to share our gorgeous, nature-surrounded home with you! Your hosts are Rick and his daughter, Deena. For the most part, Deena will be the person you will interact with during your stay. Check out and check in as you please with our easy key-drop system.
We offer a spacious, light-filled and attractive rental. Your stay will also be close to SO many fun activities and attractions in the beautiful Berkshires!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Our big yellow house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet Lanesborough neighborhood. Surrounded by farmer's fields and open land, our home provides stunning views of the Berkshire mountains. The best part of our rental is its LOCATION--centrally located in the beautiful Berkshires, we're close to so many options for cultural attractions and fun activities.
Our large driveway off of Lynne Court can accommodate multiple cars making this a great rental option for groups, multiple couples traveling together, or travelers with things in tow like a snowmobile trailer, boat, bike rack, etc.
The rental bedroom is on the ground floor of our house. You'll have your own key to enter and exit through the side door off of the driveway. You can pick up your key using a code if we're not home when you arrive, and you can drop the key off in our convenient key-drop box when you're ready to check out. Easy! Come and go as you please :)
Your bedroom has lots of windows for beautiful morning light and views of the mountains. The bedroom is big, yet cozy, with a private bathroom with brass accents and stand-up shower stall. We provide a microwave and coffee maker, coffee, tea, and some cooking utensils to make breakfast or quick meals in your room convenient. Text Deena if there is anything you need to make your stay more comfortable!
On the second floor you'll have access to our game room! The windows overlook our three-acre yard with mountain views. Shoot some pool, watch TV on the big screen, or play some air hockey. You're welcome to invite a group of friends as long as the party isn't too wild!! ;) Hand-paneled wooden floors and east-facing windows make it a beautiful open space for morning yoga, too.
If you enjoy working out, you're welcome to use our home gym on the first floor of the house which has a step-machine, treadmill, stationary bike, and various dumbbells/weights.
In the warmer months, you'll have access to our backyard and backyard deck, which has a table for six, grill, and umbrella, as well as an herb garden where you can pick fresh mint, lavender, or strawberries just beyond the poolhouse. The view is pretty amazing no matter the time of year!
---------------------------------------------------------------------
We want our guests to feel as if they have hosts if they need them, but we will generally let you do your own thing and have privacy.
Rick will be home evenings Monday through Friday, and most weekends, while Deena is home on a more varied schedule. Our living spaces are on the other end of the house, separate from the rental room. However, we do share the game room upstairs with you. Deena will be available on her cell phone via text or call if you have any needs, questions, or requests! We are Berkshire natives and more than happy to help with directions and suggestions for restaurants and things to do, so please just ask. :)

The Berkshires are known for being a location with a winning combination of breathtaking nature and outdoor experiences as well as world-class art and culture. Our rental gives you the perfect landing pad for exploring all the area has to offer!
Lynne Court is a quiet residential street in the small rural Berkshire town of Lanesborough. To imagine our neighborhood, picture rolling green hills, a small historic stone church up the street built in 1816, a nearby organic farmstand, strawberry fields, a babbling stream behind the house at the bottom of the hill, and spacious green fields around the entire rental.
Our house is quiet and surrounded by nature. We often hear owls at night and see turkeys and hawks during the day. We also have chickens in a coop alongside our garage who you can say hello to!
