In the heart of Anjou, facing the Mayenne, come and play truant in this former nursery school full of sunshine and charm, renovated with great taste and comfort.

Direct access to the towpath and the cycle path of the Vélo Francette, ideal for walks. Starting point to enjoy this tourist and gastronomic region for the day: Terra botanical, Puy du Fou, Loire castles, Angers, Saumur...
Supermarket, restaurants, leisure centre nearby.

Tens of kilometres of towpath with direct access on foot or by bike. Loire Valley castles, Mill and village of Chenillé, good restaurant 1 km away. "Anjou Sport et Nature": tree climbing, paint ball, boat or canoe and bike rental 2km away.

Easy stay for a active holiday

The location is ideal situated for a holiday of walking, cycling or playing golf! The house is very well equipped and has all the comfort you need when you resturn home after a nice walk or swim in the Mayenne!
