Locally owned and managed...Located on the south end of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront in a sought after, popular local neighborhood, Shadowlawn. Beach is a short walk (6 blocks) and even quicker bike ride (4 adult bikes and two kids) are provided, along with boogie boards, beach bags, towels and all your other beach going essentials).
Enjoy the bright, open floor plan on main level. Plenty of entertainment space with two different living rooms (second living room doubles as a fourth bedroom with a queen sofa bed). Newly renovated throughout entire home with all new furniture. Large master bedroom with a study area and en suite, including large soaking tub and walk in closet. Spacious guest bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom.
Easy walk to Rudee Inlet, where there are several great local favorite restaurants (Big Sam's), bars (Rudees), Virginia Beach Fishing center (fishing, dolphin and other boat tours, jet skis and parasailing). Easy walk to the new VIBE art district where there are many restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries and breweries. Quick drive to the Virginia Beach Convention Center, aquarium, adventure park, Oceanbreeze Water Park, Motorworld and multiple mini golf areas.

Great location for guys weekend

Stayed here with 4 of my closest friends from childhood. Perfect backyard for grilling, chilling, and catching up. Hosts were very nice and welcoming. Overall, the house made our weekend even better and I would recommend to anyone looking for a similar weekend.

House was great and in a lovely location. Fairly short walk from the beach. Property manager was wonderful. One of the guests left some personal items and they were promptly shipped back to him. Couldn't recommend a better place.

My family held a beach vacation here and it was perfect. The host kept in contact the entire check in process and again later in the day. was was well. She also made had the bed made up on the ground floor for my mother who has mobility issues. also made up

Enjoyed our stay!

Clean house with plenty of beach gear! Personal touches were great especially the snacks for our kiddos. The only suggestion we have would be to include how to work the master shower as it’s a little unconventional. Host was responsive and very helpful. Labeling the kitchen cabinets was smart; we wish more vacation homes would do that!

I need more than 5 stars for this host! The regular service is 5 star – such a nicely appointed home and so many extras included to facilitate a beach vacation! Extra stars because she went above and beyond to accommodate ALL of our special requests!! I felt like I was being hosted by a good friend! You should definitely choose this property if you are visiting Virginia Beach! PS: the house & yard has games and activities provided that are great for all ages.

We had an amazing Mothers Day Weekend getaway! Owner texted info and was very thoughtful throughout the whole process. Walked into a beautiful home-even better than the photos. Smelt amazing. Had everything we needed in the home! All info you would ever need is provided on the side of the fridge! No detail left out! I believe we will definitely come back!

Perfect for Friends Reuinion

This house was perfect for our little friends reunion. It allowed all 7 of us to have a bed to sleep on (4 beds plus sofa) and gave us room to hang out and catch up on the deck, at the kitchen table and in the living room. Two full baths allowed all 7 of us to clean up in an efficient manner. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. The owner was super nice and helpful. She provided info about nearby farmer's market, coffee shops, and local activites. We couldn't have asked for more!
