This delightful 3-story contemporary home is just 1 block from the beach. Living room with large balcony, dining room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. All bedrooms have adjoining bath, master bath with garden jacuzzi tub. Two of the bedrooms are adjoining. Exit into the back yard to a large deck with landscaped gardens.

Linens such as sheets, pillow cases and towels are not included however, they can be rented through a local company.

This is a non-smoking and no pets home.

Croatan Dream Spot

This is our 4th year renting this beach house. It’s a perfect spot for our friends and family beach week. Comfortably sleeps 9 people in beds. The house is a quick walk to the Croatan Beach entrance. The house’s Kitchen is well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The furniture is dated and the carpeting has seen better days, but the location and size make up for the dated furnishings. We can’t wait for our next beach week. Margie and her team are very responsive and always helpful with any repairs or requests we have had.
