We enjoyed our stay. It is the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. The fenced in front patio area and backyard are great for a dog and privacy. The hosts provided special touches like snacks, water, etc. Location was good for getting to amphitheater and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

VRBO should hire John and Rachel to train all VRBO hosts. They thought of absolutely anything a renter would need. Place is comfy, very clean and my 2 small dogs really enjoyed both the fenced in backyard and we all enjoyed the private deck/patio with table, umbrella, and gas grill in the front. The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies, spices, pots & pans. It’s really close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping. I hope their high standards haven’t ruined my future stays at other VRBO properties. Lol.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review, Sandra! Your comment about training other hosts made us smile. We put a lot of care into making our beach house feel like a home away from home, so it’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the kitchen, private patio, and all the little extras—and that your pups enjoyed the yard, too! We truly appreciate you choosing our beach house and spending part of your summer with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you and your pups back for another Virginia Beach getaway! Warmly, John and Rachel
