In the middle of summer resort, close to amenities, ideal for couples or small families. Only 100 m away from the sandy beach. The studio is fully equipped with kitchenette and bathroom, furnished in a modern style.
Guests may have use of the common garden, and at the same time be more private, using their own veranda. Supermarkets are open until very late at night,for shoping and cooking meals and breakfast.

Great!

Manolis was a great host from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean, tidy and very well located near local restaurants and sandy beaches. Lots of places to visit close by, supermarket next door. Safe and friendly area. Would highly recommend.

Die Apartament war sehr dreckig. In Dusche stinkt nach Fisch. Wurme kommt aus Abfluss raus. Überall Staub und harren. In sieben Tagen nie Bettwäsche getauscht.

The moment you did not follow our instructions, you used the bathroom, having brought sand from the sea with you, so the bathroom drain was blocked by sand. Bon séjour dans un logement très propre et proche de toutes les commodités et du bord de mer. . Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Dommage que les installations de la cuisine et de la salle de douche soient un peu restreintes et on peut déplorer un manque de luminosité dans le logement.

Thank you for staying in our studio, with private veranda, with all the amenities for a confort stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, with electric rings/stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and what ever you need to prepare meals. Bathroom is shown in the pictures, just renovated.

Nice apartment

We had a pleasant stay at Manolis’ place. The studios are nice and clean and Manolis is very helpful. The kitchenette could be a bit better equipped, but you will find everything you need to prepare simple dishes. The proximity to the airport obviously has its pros (just ten minutes driving) and cons (noise).

Toller Urlaub mit super netten Gastgebern

Unsere Kinder haben im Aug 2019 ihren Urlaub bei Manolis verbracht und waren sehr begeistert. Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation hervorragend, es gab immer sofort eine Antwort. Manolis hat die beiden sogar am Flughafen abgeholt und mir Abends noch geschrieben, dass sie gut im Ferienappartment eingetroffen sind. So nett. Strand super, Überall die Möglichkeit, nett zu essen und einzukaufen, süße Terasse... Schade war nur, dass nicht klar wahr, ob das Appartement tatsächlich am letzten Tag um 12 Uhr schon frei sein musste. Da hätte man den Tag vllt noch besser nutzen können. Aber sonst ein gelunger 5 Sterne Urlaub für das junge Paar. Danke!,

Wir waren sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ambiente. Können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, wir waren zu zweit da und hatten ein Studio im untern Bereich. Vor unsere Tür war ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen wo wir morgen gefrühstückt haben 😍und auch abends, wenn wir nicht unterwegs waren, ein Glas Wein genießen konnten. Auch für Kinder eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreicht der Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke und man hat alles um sich herum was man braucht. Aber auch Heraklion ist sehr gut zu erreichen und Chersonisos auch . Do waren wir auch immer gut unterwegs. Der Vermieter hat uns natürlich die besten Tips gegeben was man sich anschauen und wo man am besten essen gehen kann. Wir mussten kurzfristig noch zwei Nächte dazu buchen und obwohl alles ausgebucht war hat Manolis alles für uns möglich gemacht das wir in unserem Zimmer bleiben könnten. Vielen dank für deine Mühe und für die tolle Zeit. Das war unser schönster Urlaub seit langer Zeit wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Liebe Grüße Dora und Sokratis

Toller Urlaub

Sehr, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Schönes, sauberes Appartement mit kleiner Küchenecke, Dusche und Veranda vor der Tür, direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, in dem man alles wichtige für Frühstück und Abendessen frisch kaufen kann. In direkter Nähe gibt es viele kleine Tavernen und Bars. Der Sandstrand ist nur ca. 150m entfernt, Manolis hatte für uns sogar einen Sonnenschirm parat :) Vielen Dank Manolis und Evi für den tollen Urlaub, den wir bei Euch verbringen konnten!

Our vacation in Crete was great thanks to Manolis! The studio is in an excellent location, clean and well equipped. Manolis recommended places to travel and helped with the car rental. Sometimes on vacation you have to meet the right people! Manolis is one of them! Manolis is a very friendly man and gives enough information that you need. There are plenty of nice restaurants,coffeebars and shops nearby, sandy beaches just 100 meters with free sunbeds and umbrelas. There is a big supermarket that has everything you need next to the property. The bus stops are almost infront of the apartements and there is no problem, where ever you want to go. Highly recommended for staying in Manolis' and Evi's apartment!!! We will come back, see you then!!!

bien dommage qu on a pas vu madame qui parlai français on a prix cette location pour cela aussi

beau studio, propre ,bien situé,a coté de la mer et du super marché,dommage qu il n y a pas de four micro onde ,pour réchauffé notre café ou autre chose , tj prendre une casserole et les plaques électrique qui consomme plus et plus long , et pas facile la douche pas de crochet au mur que a la main pas vieille robinetterie qui goutte et parfois trop chaud pas asser froide l eau bonne continuation a vous monsieur qui parle que l anglais bon accueil merci
