About this property

LARGE HOUSE VERY CLOSE TO LAKE SANGUINET

We rent out our primary residence during our summer holiday.
Large house with a mezzanine located very close to a lifeguard-patrolled beach (CATON).
The town centre is a 10-minute bike ride away, using only bike paths.
Just 20 minutes from Biscarrosse Beach and 25 minutes from Arcachon.

House description:

- Large open living area (kitchen, living room, dining room) opening onto a 60-square-meter terrace with a shaded pergola, all set on a fenced-in 770-square-meter lot.
- You can enjoy free eggs from the 4 chickens.
- A large vegetable garden will also provide you with fresh, organic vegetables.
- 4 bedrooms;
- A master suite with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet,
- 3 bedrooms with two single pull-out beds that can be pushed together to form double beds.
- A sofa bed (double) on the mezzanine
- A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet
- 1 separate toilet

Outside: outdoor grill, fire pit, patio furniture, children’s playhouse, swing, slide...

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is our primary residence. As a result, some of our personal belongings will remain in the house. However, we will take the necessary steps to ensure you have full use of the property during your stay.

We do not allow pets, and smoking is prohibited inside the house.

Lake and ocean

Very good location for renting windsurfing or catamaran sailing on the nearby sweat water lake or swimming, or a 20km travel to the Atlantic Beach. The area is very suitable for holiday with small children. The house is great.
