This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Located near downtown Helen with 2 decks overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile. Enjoy this cozy riverside condo minutes away from everything Helen has to offer.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

49th Anniversary on the Chattahoochee

We had a lovely time…only wish we could have stayed longer. Although it was hot and humid, we still enjoyed walking, eating, hiking, and tubbing

Fun family weekend

We stayed at the cabin over the 4th of July holiday. The location was wonderful and the cabin was well stocked. We loved having 2 king size beds (which were very comfortable), and 3 bathrooms plus a washer / dryer onsite. The gas grill was great for grilling out overlooking the river. Downtown Helen was a short walk and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. There were also some great hikes within a 30 minute drive. We would definitely stay at the property again!

Beautiful view of the river

The two balconies on the back of the town house have a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable, nicely furnished townhouse.

Just a walk away from everything

Perfect location in Helen. Can walk to all restaurants and attractions. River is in the backyard, Nice for picnic and kids to play in the water. Just off the main strip so it is quite and away from the weekend crowds. Will stay again.

The rental was immaculate and location was perfect. Only complaint was that we didn’t receive check in instructions promptly, were supposed to have received them at 3:00pm for a 4:00 check in time, but didn’t receive them until 4:45 after multiple calls and emails.

Family time

Excellent, clean condo. Our favorite location we’ve stayed so far in Helen. Being right next to tubing yet being at the river where tubers are not was the best of both worlds. The kids really enjoyed the River each morning and at sunset playing in the rocks. With a crawling baby the cleanliness made our stay perfect! The porches were lovely. We will be back.

Perfect location for a visit to Helen

This condo was a riverside dream. We spent many hours sitting on one of two balconies just enjoying the sound of the river flowing by. On several occasions, a flock of geese would come in for a water landing giving us hours of entertainment. The walk to downtown is quite easy and there is a lot to see along the way. The best feature of the location is that you have a quiet retreat from the downtown traffic and crowds. If I make a return trip to Helen, this will be the property I return to.

Riverside Retreat

Relaxing setting with unobstructed river views off of each balcony. This 2 bedroom condo has everything you need for a serene get away. Very clean with 3 television sets. Internet that works well. 15 leisurely minute walk to down town Helen. The stairs to the second floor may be a challenge but it has railings on both sides. Both bedrooms with full baths are on the second floor with a half bath downstairs. Quick response when we had a question. We would definitely rent again.
