Great location. We got visits from deer and marmots. It was a lot of fun. The cabin was spacious and clean. We had a minor issue with the toilet seat, but the owners were very receptive. All-in-all a great experience.

Really cute spot! Thank you for letting us stay. I would not necessarily say it was comfortable walking distance to the downtown Helen area because it is up a pretty steep hill closer to the edge of town. However, we always found free parking and it was a very short drive to downtown Helen.

Fire pit was a good addition. disappointed with the grill after I asked if it was working. Hose needed to be replaced was unable to use. Handyman to check but it was to late to use. Came back the next morning brought new hose and tank but only half the grill worked. Downstairs tv would not work maybe needs new batteries. all in all very much the stay. Have used this property for about 6 years in a row. Will stay again.
