Gorgeous Lakeside Villa

This beautiful property is on the sunny side of Nancy Lake, which is 60 miles North of Anchorage. The spotless villa is furnished with everything you will need for your lake vacation, including linens, kitchen appliances, dishes, stove, microwave, internet access, TV/DVD. Reserve your week now!

-Three decks overlooking the lake
-Two bedrooms - one with two queens the other with one queen
-Additionally, the loft area will accommodate one or two more sleepers on the double futon
-Dock with canoe, paddle boat, two paddle boards, and four kayaks
-Wide path for snow machines leading directly from circular driveway down to lake
-Flat, woodsy areas for play and soaking up the sun
-Trees and forest all around this beautiful setting
-Outdoor fire-pit area (for roasting those marshmallows!)
-TV with VCR/DVD

Favorite Activities (as reported by our guests): ON THE PROPERTY -- swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, waterskiing, hiking, fishing, sitting around the pit-fire to roast marshmallows, snow-machining, sledding, reading (great books available in our library), playing board games, cards, barbecuing delicious meals, watching movies (large selection in our video library) on the flatscreen TV, and relaxing in comfortable chairs on the decks or dock as you enjoy the gorgeous views.

OFF THE PROPERTY (driving distance) -- fishing (world-class fishermen have been our guests!), river rafting, walking on a glacier, 4-wheeling, horse-back riding, mountain biking, visiting the musk-ox farm, dog-sled teams, goldmines, museums, Denali (Mt. McKinley), Palmer, Wasilla, Hatcher's Pass, and Talkeetna.

Please start a load of towels in the washing machine.
Please leave by 11:00am; our housecleaner arrives at that time.
Please write in journal to let us know how it went and what your favorite adventures were!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put all boats & other lakeside items back in their designated areas. Upon leaving, please bag up trash & put it in provided dumpsters outside.
Also upon leaving, please run dishes in the dishwasher & begin one load of laundry. Don't forget to tell us how things went by writing in the journal!

Home was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the outdoor activities-swimming and kayaking. We would stay again when in the Willow area.

Beautiful property, amazing lake views,and very comfortable accommodations. Hosts were extremely pleasant and flexible when we ran into a little glitch in travel plans. Much appreciated!! Close to Hatcher Pass which was a very scenic drive. Close by views of Denali if the clouds/ weather cooperate. 10/10 for sure!

What a great stay. We really enjoyed the property. The whole family loved Kayaking around the lake and especially the channel. Views from the deck were awesome. Hosts were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped, really enjoyed the morning coffee on the deck. Best highlight of the stay was seeing Denali on a clear day from the lake in a kayak. Hope to stay here again some day,

Jim and Theresa noticed we were getting in late and brought us over coffee for in the morning before we arrived. I really appreciated that. They were wonderful host's. If your looking for a nice quiet place to go and relax, look no further. We hope to come back in the future.

We had a wonderful time! The hand sprayer for the kitchen faucet broke & the owner came almost right away. The communication was prompt & accurate, very responsive. This is the second time we’ve stayed there & will def stay again. We’ve only been in the winter but can only imagine how beautiful it would be in the summer. Thank you!

Texas to Alaska!

Driving from Texas to Alaska, the Nancy Lake Villa was a great 5 day break. Clean and well equipped home on the lake. The owners were super friendly, and very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area.

Hello! Jim and Theresa have been hosts for this beautiful Nancy Lake Villa for many years. We love meeting our guests who come from all over the world. It is our priority to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need for your vacation needs at the lake.

Near the villa is a small log cabin where our year-around friendly property caretaker lives. He is a great resource and help for our guests.

During the summer, on the lot next door, we are available as well to assist with anything you might need.

Nancy Lake, in Willow, Alaska, is in a prime Alaska vacation location not only because it's in the middle of many popular tourist attractions and activities, but also because it is on the most beautiful lake in the state!

What makes this property unique

The view of the lake from the decks is breathtaking! The Nancy Lake Villa has many amenities that you will enjoy during your visit.

The villa property has its own dock and firepit/picnic area for guests to enjoy the beautiful lake. Many of our guests fish for pike or trout right off the dock.
