Entitled "Sans Tan Lines" the property has a Master bedroom with a King bed with private entrance to the balcony, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed along with a twin day bed and twin pull out trundle, plus a private bath. The 3rd and final bedroom has a King bed and bathroom connecting to living area. The building is non-smoking and equipped with an elevator and covered parking (not for trailer) for easier access to your condo. The unit comes with 4 TVs, DVD player, WiFi, Keurig Coffee Maker, Washer/Dryer, reading nook, access to our community pool, recreation center, tennis courts, and miles of lighted dock. The condo is within a short drive to the beach or Jennette's Pier, aquarium, and shops. At the end of the day relax on the covered furnished deck with views of the Marina and the Charter Fishing Fleet, or take a short stroll to the on-site restaurant (BlueWater Grill). Parking for 2 vehicles max and we require a 3-night minimum (full week required 2nd full week of August). The condo does not come with a dock space but one may be rented for an additional fee.
