Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather used towels. Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Throw trash away Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away.
Turn things off Turn all lights off. Set AC to to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We actually enjoyed our stay here, however I wish we would have had better information about the community and their guidelines concerning bringing a boat in the property description. If we had, we would not have booked this property. The owner was nice enough but did not have/ provide information we needed concerning boat/trailer parking. Overall the property was fine for why we were there, which was to fish all weekend.
