Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away!

Len provided very clear precise instructions on 1. Directions, 2. Entry, 3. How to operate TV, AC & Heating, and 4. expectations at check out. He is very responsive. Everything we needed during our stay was on property. Clean, cozy accomodations.

After looking at several different places online, this cabin popped up and ended up being affordable and exactly what we needed for a quick stay.I’m very particular about cleanliness, and the first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean and welcoming everything felt. Even the scent was just right, fresh without being overpowering.It is surrounded by college-style apartments, but you honestly would not know it. It was quiet, and having a walking path and park close by was a nice bonus. Parking around back by the shed was also really convenient.We loved having the extra fans since we like a little background noise when we sleep, and the AC was very appreciated with the 103 heat outside! We slept well, the bed was comfortable and you always sleep better when it's cool! The refrigerator, coffee maker, washer, and dryer were all great extras too.Len and Summer were very responsive and made everything easy. Thank you both again for a comfortable stay and for making our first VRBO experience such a good one. We would definitely stay again!
