This charming rustico, beautifully positioned on the hill boasting breathtaking views, is only 3 minutes from the lake by car.The house is newly renovated with great craftsmanship by local artisans and the materials used are an integral part of the surrounding nature: stone, wood, cork, calcium silicate, cellular glass ,iron with olive, lemon, rosemary and flowers that enrich the beauty of the house. The Toldino House is the first house on Lake Como with a climate R certification.

There are 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and kingsize shower. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The special feature of each bedroom is the window from which one can admire sunrises, sunsets and the typical boats navigating the lake of Como.

The kitchen and the dining room are enjoyable for lunches and dinners.

One enters the house into a glassed in veranda which can be used for reading and relaxation.

The house is located in Cernobbio, on a private street overlooking the first basin of Lake Como accessible by car with private parking. The house is equipped with free WI-FI, satellite TV in each bedroom, air conditioning throughout the house including the veranda, controlled mechanical ventilation 24 hours a day (natural air circulation).

The green garden surrounding the house is alluring and invites you to discover all the different unique corners. The guests can enjoy the pergola, an ideal place to treat yourself to massages upon request, the outdoor shower made from local stone with an "natural carpet" composed of small pebbles , that massage the soles of the feet .
