About this property

This Oceanfront Apartment/Condo offers 2 bedroom/2 bath, located on the 9thth floor. With a living space of 1,600 sqft to enjoy. The condo is completely furnished with a contemporary style. The living area opens to a large balcony with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Also, we have a large 50 inch Smart TV to enjoy Netflix. For sleeping arrangements, the bedrooms the master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, with a mounted television, attached to its private bathroom with a jetted tub to relax. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds also with a mounted television to enjoy. A guest bathroom is shared in the hallway. You can have extra bedding in the living room like the couch to sleep an additional guest.

As guests, you will have access to multiple resort-style amenities like a beach-style entrance infinity pool, an adult-only infinity pool, and a pool bar. We have multiple jacuzzis on our grounds with a private lounge area to sit at while relaxing next to the jacuzzi. You can work out in our oceanfront gym that has amazing views. Our location is right next to the famous Calafia Hotel.

The condo had several issues from no working televisions, no batteries inside the remotes, missing lightbulbs in the lamps, no working toaster or blender, broken screen that lead to the outside patio, broken toilet paper holder, loose headboard & foot board that squeaked horribly. The worst of all was the infestation of cockroaches, that were crawling everywhere.

Great condo

The condo was clean and comfortable. Very good location, close to Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. The views from the balcony were beautiful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you Christian for making this stay very comfortable for us. Sorry for the late review.
