Situated to the south of Saint Jean De Monts with its 2.5 kilometres of wide sandy beaches, and less than two kilometres from shops and amenities, the Domaine de Vertmarines is an ideal location for a summer break with friends and family.

The villa has its own private pool which is heated. The beach is 5 minutes drive. You can also gain access to the pine forest at the rear of the complex, which has superb cycle tracks.
There is lots to do in the area. There is an excellent golf course 10 minutes away. The local beach is huge and also hosts a range of activities such as sand sailing, wind surfing and there is a new indoor swimming pool. There is a market in the town on Saturdays and Wednesdays with a very interesting indoor market for sea food, meats of all different types, and patisseries. The area has many excellent restaurants to suit all tastes.
