Welcome to Kerlaouen – which means ‘The House of Happiness’ in Breton – a spacious and light-filled holiday home in peaceful surroundings.
Situated near the Alignments and the village of Carnac, the beaches are less than 10 minutes’ drive away (2.5 km) and accessible by free bus/shuttle from mid-July to mid-August (bus stop 800 metres away).
Ideal for holidays with two or three families or groups of friends. Kerlaouen is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (including a maximum of 8 adults).

This spacious 6-room house, covering 160m², was renovated in 2022 and is very practical.
It features a fully fitted kitchen, a living area, a lounge, 5 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (including one on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a private garden with an outdoor spa and 2 terraces, and free parking. Internet and Wi-Fi.
Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, toilet seat reducer, changing table…
Linen hire available at an additional cost (prices detailed in the welcome booklet).
End-of-stay cleaning included.

The Property:
Family home, renovated in 2022.
On the ground floor:
- Large, light-filled living room with TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto the terrace and garden, and a dining area with a table seating 8 guests.
- Open-plan, fully fitted kitchen (renovated in 2022) including: dishwasher, induction hob, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker, toaster, Soda-Stream, crockery and kitchen utensils for 10 people… Basic groceries provided (salt, pepper, oil, sugar…). Tea towels and hand towels are provided
- Bedroom 1, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a TV
- Bathroom with a bath and separate toilet
Upstairs:
The upstairs is accessed via a staircase enclosed at both ends for children’s safety, and
includes:
- Separate shower room and toilet
- 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes or cupboards, complete with new bedding, duvets and pillows:
Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 x 190 cm) (which can be pushed together) and a wooden cot
Bedroom 3: two 90 x 200 cm pull-out single beds,
Bedroom 4: 140 x 190 cm double bed and study area
Bedroom 5: 140 x 200 cm double bed

Outdoor areas (all spaces have been renovated for the 2023 season):
A sunny garden, divided into two parts:
- A south-facing terrace at the front of the house (not overlooked) where you can enjoy a barbecue in the sun or under the parasol. Garden furniture for 10 people.
- A garden to the side and at the back of the house where you can relax or play with the family before heading to the beach. Outdoor games: Breton palets and molkky are available.
- You’ll also have access to a second terrace at the back of the house (also not overlooked), perfect for enjoying a sunny aperitif or a moment of relaxation and well-being in the newly installed 5-person outdoor spa (available during the summer months). A whirlpool bath, massage jets and relaxation facilities will enhance your stay at KERLAOUEN.
- The spa is in operation from 1 April to 30 September. It is included in the booking price for July and August (minimum 7-night stay). Outside the summer season, the spa is available only upon booking before your arrival and at an additional cost (prices on request and payable on arrival).
- Free parking for 2 to 3 vehicles in the property’s courtyard. Please note that, for the time being, the courtyard is not enclosed by a gate.
- If you hire or bring your own bikes, they can be stored in the garage.

Other facilities: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, hairdryer,
board games for children and adults, outdoor games (Molky, shuffleboard).

HOUSE RULES:
The house is suitable for families with children.
Non-smoking property.
Pets not permitted.
No parties or late-night gatherings.

Bed linen and/or towels can be hired; prices available on request and in the booking confirmation email. This service is to be paid for on arrival at the concierge’s office by cheque or cash.
