Sunset Serenity Relaxation Convenient attached apartment.

My husband Donnie and I warmly welcome you to enjoy the beautiful sunset at this cozy, safe and relaxing country getaway. This guest home is attached to our residence. Has separate entrance & own area. Sit out on deck sipping coffee or just relax at the pool (towels provided ) Feel free to wander down to the woods at the picnic table and the fire pit. Grill out on our gas grill or feel free to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. We are located just three miles from Dry Ridge. 10 minutes to the Ark Encounter. They have their Christmas lights staring November 28th! Visit the Creation Museum (40 min). Kings Island, Newport Aquarium or the Cincinnati Zoo fall within one hour we are available by phone or text at anytime.

Fun vacation!

Peaceful Retreat

Was in the area to attend a conference. This was a quiet retreat after long days. It was clean and Martha met us when we arrived and showed us around. Comfortable beds and well stocked with linens and other items that made our stay very comfortable.

This is a well kept property that is so inviting. There is a fire pit and s’mores supplies, a pool that’s clean and cool. So inviting. The owners are very nice and respected our privacy. I would go back here. Even the beds were comfortable!

Home away from home

If this place is available for the dates you need, BOOK IT!! You WONT be disappointed! When I rent a place, I get an idea mixed with the pictures and Sunset Serenity matched it perfectly! The owners were so sweet and wonderful. There was so much to do and the kids absolutely LOVED having their own pool. From the pool, to the swings, to the fireplace, to the rooms, Sunset Serenity had an activity for morning, afternoon and evening. I honestly wish we had more time to stay. If we ever get back to KY, Sunset Serenity WILL be our choice to stay. I will definitely let everyone at home know about this cute, cozy (AC was relaxing for summer) home away from home!

RELAXING

We chose this place for its outdoor environment! Did not disappoint! Very relaxing! The hosts are super, only met Donnie and he is top notch! If you are looking for an out of the way quiet place to unwind and recharge this is it! Definitely recommend!

Martha's place was everything we were hoping for and more😉. The yard was beautifully manicured with blooming flowers of all varieties. Martha greeted us with smiles and info when we arrived and assured us she would be around if we needed anything. We liked the fact that we were away from the busy traffic but close enough for shopping. Nice, clean and Homey.

Perfection

Perfect location, this VRBO is attached to the owner's main house and on their property. The pool was amazing with floaties and toys for the kids, including life jackets if needed. The rooms were equipped with toys for the kids and games. It was perfect for our family of 4. It has a Keurig with coffee pods, there is a firepit outside, and outdoor games. The owners were kind and so lovely to converse with. The ARK Experience and Creation Museum were close and there was enough to do that we were happy and satisfied. We have bookmarked this property to stay at again when we are in the area.

Best unit we have used

The location was ideal for our visit to the Ark and the Creation Museum. Restaurants and grocery stores were within a few miles. Martha and Donnie were very responsive to any need we had and treated us as friends from the first meeting. The unit was located in a wonderful country location, far away from any noise and light pollution. The unit was all that we could have asked for , making our trip enjoyable and carefree. Highly recommend this unit, far exceeds any hotel in the area.

Granddaughters Secret Trip

Martha and Donnie were wonderful hosts! We had the great pleasure meeting both of them and both are so personable and kind. We had a delightful time relaxing around the fire as our granddaughter made s'mores. Each year we take our granddaughter on a secret trip and we wanted to find a place near The Ark Encounter. We are so thankful God directed us to their cute home. It was just the perfect size for us. We slept great on the comfortable beds and the property was very neat and clean! They have every amenity you might need! My husband was so happy because they had a coffee pot and even supplied the coffee and the sugar. If you enjoy quiet and peace, Martha and Donnie's place is for you. Thanks for being part of our secret trip memories.

We took two Grandkids age 10 and 6, they loved the pool and plenty of room for them to run and play outside. House is small but all we needed. Nice short drive to The Ark Encounter. Excellent hosts, very friendly!

Wonderful!

I went to this property for a 2 night stay for Independence Day with my 8-year old son. Martha and Donnie were the most kind and welcoming hosts and truly went above and beyond. They did everything they could to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. Donnie and took my son for a side by side ride and they invited us with them to watch some local fireworks which were great. We enjoyed the pool, outdoor toys, and games provided by Martha and Donnie. We cannot wait for our next stay!

Nice Country Setting/Pool

The adults enjoyed the country setting; our son enjoyed the pool. While staying there, we visited The Creation Museum, and The Ark Encounter. The Ark Encounter is closer to this location. Bring your hotdogs and burgers, this place has a grill and fire pit.
