Why stay in a room when you can have the whole house? Cute one bedroom cottage with queen bed plus queen sofa sleeper in living room (sleeps four total). Equipped kitchen & laundry room. Off street parking & shaded yard that often has horses in the field behind. Spend evenings relaxing around the fire pit or strolling down Main Street two blocks away. The Creation Museum is 30 mi North & Kentucky Horse Park 30 mi South. Cincinnati to the North/ Lexington South.

We discovered guest houses (vacation rentals) when we went out of town after trying bed-and-breakfasts & before that motels. We found them to be more comfortable with more space and more relaxing. We have lived in this neighborhood with the cottage for over 25 years now and enjoy the rural feel while still being in town.
Why they chose this property
We don't want to be the busiest by being the least expensive. We do want to offer the cleanest and most relaxing accommodations available in our area. We also tried to put everything you may need in the cottage, so you don't have to worry about anything....except relaxing.
What makes this property unique
You can cook meals in the kitchen. you can do laundry if you need to. You can roast wieners and marshmallows over the open fire pit while you are watching the horses come right up to the fence. Or you can just sit on the deck and enjoy the birds and squirrels and all of Gods glory!
