Southern Comfort on Hampton Lakes, it is simply the best. Built on a double plot the largest on Hampton Lakes

The home has 7 bedrooms plus a den with a bunk beds to sleep 3 acting as bedroom 8, 5 bathrooms including 3 masters, formal and informal dining areas, two lounges, designer kitchen, games room with pool table and bar with bar text will appear above your property stools, and a magnificent south facing pool and spa with large covered area including an outside kitchen sink, fridge and counter tops The pool deck is paved and includes fountains and a waterfall. The home with over 4,200 square feet of living, sleeps up to 16 persons and is ideal for family groups or individuals who enjoy that sense of space. Inside the villa you will find all the luxuries of a dream vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen, has upgraded appliances including a microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, dishwasher etc to make life easy when on vacation. There is an additional filtered drinking water tap in the main sink. A separate laundry room containing a family sized washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. The villa is fully air conditioned with 2 units one for the upstairs the other for the down stairs to help keep the home cool.

The bed sizes are as follows:- downstairs we have a king size bedroom with en suite, a den with bunk beds to sleep 2 at the bottom and one person above, a separate bathroom just off the kitchen to serve this bedroom, upstairs there are 6 further bedrooms 2 masters one with a king bed the other with a queen bed. Three rooms with 2 twin beds in each and a further bedroom with a full size bed. Two of the twin bedrooms are linked to the master bedrooms via an inter connecting bathroom door. This way the guests have the option of using the en-suite solely for use of the master bedroom by locking the interconnecting door or using it as a family shared bathroom. There is a further full bathroom to serve the other two bedrooms.

There are a total of 5 televisions with a large flat screen TV in the lounge and a 60 inch tv in the master bedroom. In the lounge In the family room the cable TV has an extensive package including movie and sport channels. The entertainment system is in stereo and includes a DVD and radio.

The driveway has ample parking for up to 4 cars, in addition there is a car park opposite the villa for the convenience of our guests.

Just take a right out of Hampton Lakes along the US 27, exit east onto the US 192 you are then minutes away from all the Disney attractions.The total journey is about 10 to 15 minutes.Take a left out of Hampton Lakes, drive south 3 miles to the I4, the Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and the whole of Florida is awaiting you with beaches on both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts with three international airports. As well as the villa's own private pool, Hampton Lakes has a large communal swimming pool, children play areas, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts, basket ball courts and two lakes. Nearby attractions include the Walt Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild and other Water Parks, Shopping and Fishing.The villa is close to shops restaurants and supermarkets without going on to the main highway There are excellent golf facilities nearby with over 60 fantastic courses open to the public including the new Greg Norman designed "Champions Gate" (a double 18 hole Championship Course) minutes away. Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, The Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens are all about an hour's drive away.

Absolutely amazing

This house is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for the entire family. The location is perfect as it is located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Theme parks are close. The pool was relaxing and the pool table was used daily. We would highly recommend this house to those looking for a place to stay and we will be coming back on our next vacation. Communication with the property manager and owner were quick and appreciated.

Adult family vacation

Everything is as described. The pool heater worked great. House was clean and rrady for use. Host was easy to contact and replied promptly. There was a sand volleyball court and basketball court right across the street. Safe area. Only recommendation is to upgrade the TVs. Most were quite small. The pool area was great!

This home sits a very nice neighborhood…however it’s needs some Love from the owners. The toilets needs updating, all the bathrooms need to be in working order especially with large groups. The bedroom furniture needs attention, but the sleeping accommodations is more than adequate for large groups. Minor maintenance improvements needed, but satisfactory overall

Lovely property

My family and i a group of 11 stayed at the property... everything is as described.. minor issues resolved... the property could use minor upgrade( from wear and tear).... overall location is great and the neighborhood is quiet,.. pool was plus and of your going in the winter months pool heat is recommended... some small suggestions... a basketball for the court( my son left one for the future guest), maybe pool toys, definitely a grill, some toys for the younger crowd....i was surprised to see that their was a wheelchair ..... didnt use it but very handy.... in all i would recommend to future renters... and to say that you have a lovely home..... Wonderful place in a great area

We really enjoyed everything this property had to offer. Our whole family stayed here during our first big family vacation. Parents, grandparents, kids, and all. This property was plenty of room for all of us. It was beautiful and great to enjoy a dip in the pool everyday after long days in the Disney parks. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely stay here again if we do another trip to the area.

Amazing Vacation

We are a family of 13 from 2 to 72 and we all had an amazing vacation. We were disappointed that there is no BBQ as advertised, but we made it work. There was an issue with the plumbing and the owner got on top of it immediately. There is a previous review that indicated we should take towels to have enough for the pool. We wasted luggage space taking towels!! We all hope to go back again for another family getaway!! Thank you

My stay in Davenport Florida

I love the house I think you need more trash cans then two especially when you have a big family staying and trash is only picked up on Monday. We were told to put trash out on Thursday. Also the electrical sockets were very loose so when my husband plugged up his oxygen tank it kept falling out . This was a big house and it held our family . Also the shower up stair in one bathroom does not have middle water control it's either hot or cold. Also need new pole sticks for the pool table. Beside that everything was good. I would stay there again

Amazing Decor

The online pictures really don't show how amazing this property really is. This is truly a home away from home. Everything we could possibly need was in the home, except the food of course. There is a very warm atmosphere to the home. Location is great and we can't wait to stay at this property the next time we visit the area.

Perfect for our Family

We have a large family and the house was very accommodating for everyone in our party from ages 1 to 80. We enjoyed the pool, the game room, the entertainment, and the space. When we were having issues with the oven, we contacted the property manager and he addressed the issue quickly. We will definitely keep this property in mind on our visits to Orlando.

Amazing house

Everyone enjoyed the house, the only problem we had was with the pool not being heated the first 2 days. But it was taken care of quickly and the owners refunded us the money for the 2 days. This house is very spacious and we had more than ample sleeping room. I would recommend anyone to stay here and we are hoping to be able to book it for next years family vacation.

For our 8 guys golfing the property was great. Lots of bathrooms and space. Management was good. will be booking again for next year. Two minor concerns, pictures show gas grill that does not exist but in fairness the write up does not include gas grill (no biggy). Pool was to be heated but 75 degrees not warm enough needs to be 80. Overall very happy with property, one of the best for our needs and we are 25 years renting houses for our golf group.

‪At 4pm we entered the villa and to our dismay and disgust were utterly shocked at the state of the property.  It was dirty, smelly and felt as though someone had been living in it and had not been keeping it clean.  We noticed immediately that the carpet at the front door was dirty, and to our horror had nails/screws lying on it!  Considering we had a 1 year old who was crawling, and two 3 year old girls, this was completely unacceptable!  As we ventured through to the main area we found the kitchen to be smelly, worktops greasy and dirty and kitchen utensils covered in hair and dirt!  As we moved throughout the villa we found the state of the cleanliness and safety totally unacceptable.  We compiled a list of what we found during the first 30 minutes of being in the villa.‬ We immediately called John the ‘House Manager’ who did not answer his phone.  I then called HomeAway and spoke to a gentleman called Joshua, who also tried to contact the House Manager but got no reply.  Joshua then asked me to send photographic evidence of the condition in the villa, which I did immediately.  Unfortunately I did not receive any more help or assistance from HomeAway!  The ‘House Manager’ John eventually turned up and was extremely rude and very defensive towards us.  He told us that he was not responsible for the cleaning of the villa on that day, and he also agreed with us that he would not be happy with the standard of cleaning at the villa!  He tried to backpeddle from everything we brought to his attention by, changing his title from ‘House Manager to Caretaker to Cleaner’ but he was not responsible for the cleaning on that day???  He asked if we would want a professional cleaner brought in to clean the villa, but this did not happen.  He then offered to go out and purchase cleaning materials for us to clean the villa, but this did not happen.  We went out to the local Walmart and purchased a range of cleaning materials and spent our first day CLEANING THE WHOLE VILLA!!!  We have photographic evidence of this also.  We are still waiting to be reimbursed for the cleaning costs!   As mentioned earlier we had an infant aged 1 year and 5 months who we requested a cot for.  When we eventually found the cot it was dirty and the mattress was stained and dirty, we had to clean it all and was totally shocked to find that there was no bedding available for it.  We contacted John the House Manager who said there was no bedding available

AMAZING HOME

This house was truly amazing. I have stayed in Hampton Lakes for about 6-7 years now and always in a different home. This home was the best out of all of them. Everything in the home was beautiful and you can tell that the owners really kept the home in top notch shape. It didn't feel like a rental property but a home that someone allowed you to use because of the updates found throughout. I will definitely try to stay here again when I head down to Florida next year.

17 of us stayed at this property celebrating our parents anniversary. Everyone had a bed and plenty of bathrooms. The large open kitchen living room was appreciated. The teenage kids LOVED the sand volleyball across the street. Very convenient to grocery stores. There are some small things in need of updating but the owners were very accommodating.
