Surprisingly spacious & open with 4 different living spaces. Front room (sleeps 2 on futon couch) , dining room, vaulted great living room (sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa, and 1 on lounge couch), & game room (sleeps 2 on futon couch, 1 on lounge couch). 2 levels, 12 stairs to basement. Kitchen features a Vitamix. 2 parking spots in driveway, ample street parking as well. Easy access to your streaming services with 2 Roku TVs located in the Vaulted Great Room & Game Room.
No parking in garage.
Remote control candles provide relaxed ambient lighting for your evening unwinding.

Natural light spills into the rooms and their is plenty of space to work or have conversations with your group while others are watching television in another room, or playing ping pong in yet another space.
