Wonderful summer holidays!

We stayed in the house for two weeks with our kids (9 and 13 years), and it was perfect for our needs. Enough cosy space for all of us, a lush garden, a heated pool, great equipped kitchen. Situated calm and very close to the fab Atlantic beaches (3 min by car), and to Capbreton centre it is also only a few minutes walk. The house was spotless clean and in a top condition. Feeling absolutely at home there for two weeks! The owner Sophie and Manu are so kind and helpful, a big "Thank You" once again to them! We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and well equipped house - it even looks much nicer in reality than on the photos! We absolutely can recommend it and would like to come back again.

Maison extrêmement conviviale, confortable et chaleureuse. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et accommodants. La maison est très bien équipée, idéalement située, à qq encablures en vélo du centre ville et de l océan. On recommande vivement.

Maison très confortable et idéalement placée

La maison est parfaite avec ses 3 chambres, sa grande cuisine bien équipée , son salon et son jardin avec piscine. Son emplacement est idéal : à 3 mn du centre en vélo et dans un coin très calme. Elle se trouve à 10 mn en vélo des plages. Je recommande !

La maison est très fidèle à la description et aux photos en ligne. Très agréable et bien placée proche du centre ville et non loin des plages à vélo, nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacance. La maison est très bien pensée et la piscine parfaite!

Très belle villa, moderne et idéalement située!

Cette villa est dotée de nombreux atouts, proche du centre de Capbreton et des plus belles plages de la région, tout en étant située dans un quartier très calme (impasse), elle offre tout le confort d'une maison moderne et bénéficie en outre d'une piscine agréable et bien orientée. Les propriétaires sont charmants, nous y avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille.

very comfortable holiday home with pool

Sophie and Manuel were great and very friendly hosts, the organisation to pass the keys on arrival and departure was easy and reliable. House, outdoor entertainment area and pool were spotless clean, the kitchen very well equipped with an American fridge, everything to cook proper meals and two outdoor BBQs (gas & charcoal) on top. The spacious living room had a huge and comfortable sofa and wall mounted TV & entertainment set - all there to survive well even on some rainy days. The master bedroom had a big en suite, the 2 other bedrooms were smaller but comfortable as well. Our kids just loved the heated outdoor pool with privacy fencing, they spent many hours in it. We were 6 people (4 adults and 2 children age 14 and 11) and were happy to spend a very comfortable week in this house. Left for me to write is that we will come back here for sure to spend more quality time. Sophie & Manuel, thank you for a lovely holiday in your home and we hope to see you next time!
