Awesome home

This home was perfect for our stay at a dance convention in town. The location was so convenient, it had all of the amenities we needed, it was clean and spacious, and it was beautiful. We will definitely book again next time we are in Phoenix!

We were extremely pleased with the home and everything it offered. The house was extremely gorgeous. It was perfect for our family and for entertaining friends for my daughter's graduation. The booking process was simple and convenient. I was able to reach April & Robert with ease for any questions. They were great about getting back to us asap. Everything a family would need

The home is beautiful, the pictures are definitely an understatement😊 quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There was so many things for not only the adults but the kids . You’ll appreciate every little detail the host put into making your stay unforgettable. Only down side was leaving lol would absolutely recommend !! The pool is deeeeep btw loved that , centrally located I was easily able to get to any place in Phoenix at a reasonably time . Also a communicative host made sure we didn’t need for anything, thanks again Harris family ❤️

Great location for us

We chose this house because it was near our friend's house. We are 6 high school friends who have been meeting over the last 40 plus years! The house and pool were very clean and as advertised. Loved the heated pool! The main thing I would change would be to give guests the check-in information a few days early. The owners said they like to give the info an hour or two before check-in. That doesn't really work if you are flying in and others are going to the home before you. Otherwise, the house was great! Thanks

What makes this property unique

Guest access
You have access to our whole home! Treat it like your own. Our thermostat is locked during the summer months: May-August. The lowest the temperature can go is 74 degrees. With Arizona’s high temperatures the AC unit will freeze over if the temperature is lower than 74 degrees.

Other things to note
No more than 5 cars parked at the home. Quiet hours enforced. Put things back where they belong. Clean up after yourself. Take out all trash when checking out. Start a load of wash. Start a load of dishes. Clean all stains before they set. Do your best!
