la vue ne fait pas tout

Cela fait 35 ans que nous louons partout en France sans aucun problème .Chalet bien équipé avec une très belle vue , si vous aimez le calme sur la terrasse , passez votre chemin , les bruits de la route en contrebas sont très dérangeants. Accueil concierge pas à la hauteur , TV en panne , pas d'eau chaude avant 12H d'attente ni de congélateur, ils n'étaient pas branchés.

Chalet au calme avec vue magnifique

Le chalet est très bien placé près de la station de Praloup. Chalet tout en bois et très bien équipé. Vue magnifique sur la vallée. Attention, il y a beaucoup de marches pour accéder au chalet et les chambres sont sur plusieurs niveaux. Les places de parking sont en fait des emplacements le long de la route ( peu passagère ) mais les voitures ne sont pas à l’abri.Il y a bien 4 chambres mais il faut en traverser une pour accéder à la suivante. Un bonus à notre hôtesse d’accueil qui était extra.

Chalet très cosy

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce chalet, proche du centre de la station et au calme. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes enneigées. Seul petit bémol, les températures très basses qui ont gelé un tuyau en extérieur, et pas d'eau chaude à l'étage la première nuit, mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et dès le lendemain le problème a été résolu. Un coffret avec des produits locaux de qualité nous a été offert pour le désagrement. C'était vraiment adorable. Nous reviendrons certainement en été car beaucoup de balades à faire dans alentours. Je recommande.

Agréable séjour en Mercantour

Très bon séjour dans un chalet très agréable avec une gestion optimalede l'arrivée et du départ. Très bon équipement. Deux petits défauts : le bruit de la route qui monte à Pra Loup et qui est à 200m ainsi que les 65 marches à monter pour porter bagages et courses afin d'accéder au chalet. C'est le prix d'une vue extraordinnaire mais cela peut géner les personnes agées ou à mobilité réduite ainsi que les familles avec de très jeunes enfants. Au total une très agréable expérience aussi du fait d'une situation parfaite par rapport aux loisirs de montagne hiver comme été.

Chalet tres confortable entre Uvernet-Fours et Pra-Loup

Chalet très confortable - 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain pour 8 pax max. Terrasse géniale. Bien équipé. Accès compliqué sans voiture, et escaliers très exigeants pour monter au chalet, peu adaptés à des personnes à mobilité réduite, jeunes enfants, personnes agées.
