I currently live only 10 minutes away from this beautiful unit, making it easy to provide quick solutions for any issues one may come across during their stay.
Why they chose this property
Black Rock Ridge is a quiet neighborhood tucked away from main roads with easy access to hiking, biking, & walking trails dispersed throughout the community.
Only a 6 mile drive to Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort.
For Park City Mountain Resort - There is a parking pass available upon request for $30 a day which will allow you to park in the underground parking at the base of the resort (NOT the Canyons resort side). Particularly on weekends and during holiday's this pass is like gold because the resorts are incredibly busy and it can be very challenging to find parking spots unless you arrive to the resort around 830am before it opens. If the lots are full you will be directed to the Park City High School to park which is about 5 minutes away and a shuttle will take you to the mountain from there. Most find this to be an annoying and time consuming procsess.
**PLEASE NOTE - There is a $400 deposit included in this booking in the event that the pass gets lost or stolen.
