This was a superb property. It was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed making use of the pool, tennis courts and petanque area. The property allowed us to also host a big family get together which was fantasic. I would highly reccomend this property.

Our host, Minas, was very friendly and welcoming. He is a very good cook and cooked us some wonderful meals. He also showed us around the local Monastery, Panachradou and a beautiful farm owned by a relation.The house is full of character with all necessary amenities including a horse!

Family holiday overseas

We had a large group and the accommodation was perfect. The facilities and bedrooms gave us flexibility with sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed the location, close enough to Beaune for daily excursions and we would recommend having some form of transport for the group. An amazing entertainment area surrounding the pool, which was very clean and warm. We thoroughly recommend this house and area.

Family friendly

The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended.

Les extérieurs sont très agréables pour une réunion de famille: grande tablée, piscine, tennis, pétanque! Cuisine bien équipée et grands frigos. La maison aurait besoin de rénovation, c‘est dommage que son état se dégrade (fuites d‘eau visibles sur les murs, fenêtres qu‘on n’ose plus trop ouvrir). Maison à recommander pour un grand groupe qui veut passer un bon moment ensemble. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié!

Anniversaire surprise

Une jolie maison accueillante avec tout ce qu il faut pour passer de beaux moments de détente. Nous étions 16 pour un anniversaire surprise. Il y a tout ce qu il faut, les chambres et salle de bain très correctes, les lits très confortables. Le cadre est calme et apaisant. Le terrain de pétanque est un vrai plus. Corinne a été très accueillante, disponible et souriante.

Regroupement familial pour Noël

Belle villa à rénover d’urgence

Le beau temps nous a permis de passer un bon séjour Mais la maison souffre de son manque d’entretien . Les alarmes de la piscine non opérationnelles nous ont fort stressé vu la présence de trois enfants en bas âge .

Cher Monsieur Thierry M., Je suis désolé que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Notre maison se distingue par son charme authentique comme le montre notre annonce et est très appréciée par la grande majorité de nos hôtes comme le montrent les avis précédents. Quatre personnes assurent l'entretien de la propriété toute l'année, y compris la très grande piscine limpide, le grand terrain de pétanque, et les jardins soigneusement entretenus. Les alarmes de la piscine, installées depuis 4 ans, fonctionnent très bien. Vous n'avez pas mentionné ce problème à notre gérante Corinne, que vous avez pourtant souvent sollicitée. Les literies sont neuves, la cuisine refaite (et moderne…) en 2021, les sanitaires sont neufs et la moquette des chambres totalement changée en 2022. Il est vrai que notre maison n'est pas moderne dans le sens strict, mais c'est une demeure de caractère avec des tapisseries murales, deux grands salons et une entrée avec des meubles d'antiquaire, le tout fidèle aux photos de l'annonce. Nous comprenons que ce style ne convienne pas à tout le monde, mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. Nous ne souhaitons pas transformer cette maison au point de lui faire perdre son âme et son ambiance chaleureuse qui plaisent à la très grande majorité de nos locataires. bien cordialement,
