About this property

Central to everything Tampa Bay!

Welcome to Tampa Bay! The home is central to everything Tampa Bay and is 1 hour 20 minutes from Orlando. This home includes a three guest rooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living and a family room, kitchen, dining room, bar, and a backyard lanai with a large pool area.

It is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, about 40 minutes from downtown Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg.

There are two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a family and living room, kitchen, dining room, and wet bar. One guest room is decorated with a beach theme and opens to the heated pool and lanai. The other has a safari theme. There is a full bath located between the bedrooms. There is a half-bath near the bar.

In addition to the rooms, there is a family room with a fireplace and 50" 3D TV with XBOX One and several games that you are free to use. The kitchen and dining room are also yours to use during your stay. There is also a wet bar from which you are free to partake.

The backyard / lanai area has a heated pool and hot tub, seating at tables for 10, a dart board and a Weber charcoal kettle for grilling and barbecuing.

If you are renting a car, don't bother paying extra for a Sunpass transponder to pay for tolls, we have one you can use.

The home has a UV air purifier system.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood near a golf course, tennis courts, waterfront kayak rentals, ponds, a hiking trail and a YMCA. The home is central to many area destinations:

About 5 minutes: Upper Tampa Bay Park (Rent a kayak on the Bay!)

About 15 minutes: Big Cat Rescue, Airheads, Tampa International Airport, Raymond James Stadium, Lowry Park Zoo.

About 30 minutes: Clearwater Beach, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Tabanero Cigars, Tampa Bay Aquarium, Columbia Restaurant, Seminole Casino, Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg

You will be 1 hour 18 minutes from Orlando.

The bed in the Safari Room is "Queen" sized. The Beach Room bed has a "full" size mattress. So if you are exceptionally tall your feet might stick out a little.

We prefer not to use the home as a venue for large gatherings or parties.

There is no charge for children below 2 years of age.

The house was perfect for our family! It has an awesome layout, and felt so homey! Everything was nice and clean. The host checked in on us several times which was so nice and made us feel welcomed! Would definitely want to stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

I feel bad doing this, but the only reason I rented this house even after reading the reviews,of not being updated, is because the pool looked so beautiful and I was traveling with my kids when we got there. The pool was dark green along with the hot tub. so it ruined our trip….we did not anticipate the back patio being filled with mold, and there was about 2 inches of water so you could not go outside. there were dead bugs in every light fixture. Also, I did not realize it was only one and a half bathrooms and one of the bedrooms is only a twin bed. The owner was accommodating…immediately came over and tried to fix the pool and then gave us some of our money back, but this house needs a lot more than TLC in order to be renting on vrbo

Aaron & Sophie’s Tampa home is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Tampa area. Our favorite part was the heated pool and hot tub, but every aspect was wonderful. We cooked in nearly every day, the kitchen is well-stocked! We were able to do some activities at the beach on a few occasions and also spent some time visiting Orlando during our stay. The location was perfect. We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Property was very clean. You could smell it as soon as you came in. Property can use a little upgrade, but everything is in working order and it is comfortable. Area is very nice and quiet and the location is really good as well.

The location is great. Really close to restaurants, grocery, etc. we sat out on the covered patio almost all day/evening. Appreciate the screened in area with access to a small green space for the dogs. Home was clean but could use a little updating and minor repairs such as the sliding glass door and drain in bathroom. The pool should really have a railing. Overall a good experience and we enjoyed our stay in the sunshine.

The house was amazing. We stayed here for 3 nights before boarding our cruise and it was everything the pictures showed. The hot tub and pool were a great touch. The owner was super fast at responding when we had questions. 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a very nice neighborhood, that is convenient for shopping and dining. It is inbetween multiple onramps to the turnpike. This made it convenient for me to travel to work daily. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. It was great after a stressful day to unwind in the pool.

Great house and in a nice location

We needed a quiet place for a few days and rather than staying in a hotel, we were lucky to find this home. Both beds were very comfortable.I enjoyed the pool - very relaxing. I highly recommend it!

We stayed for a few nights while in the area. The place was clean and comfortable- little bit dated but reasonably priced for same and the pool was fabulous. Hot tub was not hot, but the temps outside were so hot we didn’t use it anyway. Hosts were great. Thank you!

Great place for my girlfriend stay. Clean, pool, nice neighborhood. The owner provided fresh fruit and snacks and had plenty of kitchen and HBA products. We had a small problem, and the owner responded and resolved the issue immediately. Would stay here again.

Wonderful hosts

Candles burning amd fresh fruit waiting. Aaron messaged to verify everything went smoothly with check in. Host supplied eveything we needed and then some. The house is cozy and bed are comfortable. Very easy place to "get comfortable". Pool was perfect and the hot tub works. We were very happy with our stay.
