Great amenities great location!!!

We ended our Italy trip with two nights in Rome. This was the perfect spot. Close to the train station and in a neighborhood with plenty of nightlife (but not loud, just active). And having both A/C and laundry facilities were greatly appreciated!!! We would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome

Our group of 6, ranging in age from 18 to 78, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was very comfortable, the location was convenient to transportation, and Adele was very responsive to all communication. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour chez Adèle. La communication a ete tres bonne. L'appartement est bien situé, bien equipé proche des stations de metro et commerces, de la gare. L'immeuble est calme. Il etait ideal pour notre sejour en famille ( parents, grands-parents et nos 3 filles ). Merci !

Quick overnight

We stayed here just one night as we had to catch an early flight and needed to depart Termini very early. Our kids wished we had stayed longer! The apartment is very spacious and had a room for everyone. It was incredibly hot (upper 90s F) when we visited but the AC in the bedrooms worked well and cooled the communal areas quickly too. Very convenient to Termini and felt safe and quiet enough for us. The checkout procedures arrived after we left the morning of our flight so some snaffoo there but we were able to sort it out from a distance. Thank you!

Great Location near Termini

Close to the Rome Termini station. The property was quiet, clean, and accurate to the photos. The host was very communicative and it was easy to interact over the stay. We'd stay at this property again.

Great family stay

Quick night to stay in Rome

The locations are in walking distance. Great place to stay if you have a big family. The property manager is easy to talk with. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place. When I come back, I will use the same place love it.

Great apartment

Nice place that more than meets your sleeping, showering and laundry needs while you spend your time out exploring Rome. Host was on time, understanding, pleasant and patient. They even let us leave our luggage at the apartment when we arrived while it was being cleaned, which was a huge help. I'd book it again if it was available when I visit Rome again.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location! Host is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Cleaning lady was very kind as well. There are several restaurants in the area and it is very easy to get to and from main train station (easier without luggage, if you’re walking). There was an issue with one of the bathrooms (one of the toilets kept running), but I’m sure it’s fixed for you now. Pictures seem a bit outdated, but it’s still a great apartment.

Good location and Adele very pleasant to arrange trip with. Allowed bags in apartment before check in which was great Apartment was not the cleanest upon arrival. Used shampoo and a bar of soap in one of showers that was left and shaved away for the next guest?

Central with all amenities nearby

Great apartment space within 10 minutes walk of Rome's main train station (great for early morning express train to airport as well as Linea A metro for many sights) and an even closer Linea B (e.g. for Coloseum) metro station. Well appointed kitchen and 3 good bedrooms in addition to lounge sofa bed. Heating worked fine. Elevator reliable and fast. Great pizza by weight almost next door and numerous restaurants. A small PAM supermarket and larger CONAD with greater range also close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Apartment near Termini

We had an excellent stay and would definitely rent here again! It is in a very convenient location, close to Termini and walking distance to many great sites. There are a few great restaurants and a gelateria just a few steps from the apartment. It was clean, well appointed, and comfortable for my family of 7. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens. Adele was extremely helpful, especially when our luggage was lost by the airport for 2 days. She helped us secure a location for it to be dropped off at so we wouldn't have to wait at the apartment to accept it. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome!

Great place, great location

We had a good stay at this property. Adele provided excellent instructions for check in. The property is located in between two train stops - very convenient! Close to so many sights. Everything was clean and spacious. There is air conditioning, however, it did seem somewhat warm at times. Just a minor issue: Checkout posted at the time of our reservation was 11:00am however the cleaners arrived at 10:00am. We were unprepared for that. Checkin was smooth, checkout was not. Overall, we had a good stay and would do it again should we ever return to Rome.
