This wide and welcoming three rooms lodging on the ground floor of an ancient restored farmhouse includes a large living room, with kitchen, two double bedrooms and one private bathroom with shower. Perfect for a family or couple.
Furnished with a great care, the apartment has a big living room with sofa in style Luis XIV.
The three windows of the living room fill it with natural light and the south facing window overlooks the garden.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a green quiet oasis, among old olives and oaks, fruit trees and flowers and it is plunged in the green countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has a private table in the garden with outdoor chairs and sun umbrella.
Outdoor games are available such as table tennis and table football. The children may find in the garden slides and playhouses.
For cyclists and walkers there are several walking and cycling routes nearby.

The WiFi connection is available only in a limited area of the farmhouse.

The farmhouse is situated between Trasimeno lake's shores (about 200 meters) and wooded hills and is two kilometers far from the center of Passignano sul Trasimeno, beautiful town along the lakeside with restaurants, shops and amenities associated with village life.
Residenze San Martino is an ideal base for visiting Perugia, one of the most historical and artistic towns in the middle of Italy, Cortona, Assisi and Montepulciano.
The farmhouse is directly located on the cycle path that runs along the shores of the Lake Trasimeno.

Great location on outskirts of the town in very pleasant and spacious surroundings.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival by Maria Paolo who showed us round our very spacious, well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. The outside space comprised of lovely gardens with lots of seated areas and a large pool. Leonardo & Francesca, a very pleasant, friendly young couple, were very helpful indeed and made us feel very much at home. We would certainly highly recommend this property as good value for money. Had a lovely meal in Morgans restaurant. Good base for visiting Perugia, Assissi and Cortona( my favourite) Only negative was no wifi but not a major problem!

Beautiful, relaxing holiday

The property was clean and everything worked well. The gardens were absolutely beautiful and the pool was very well looked after. Marie-Paola and Francesca were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this property.
