It was a perfect home away from home. The landlord was amazing to comminicate with and the condo waa absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend staying there. It was in a quite community with easy access to the transit system.

Family trip to Alberta

The property was clean and well located. We used Calgary as a base city for day trips throughout Alberta and found we had we had quick easy access to highways and any kind of shopping we needed.

The place was very clean. Furniture was not very comfortable, but the space had everything we required. Garage parking was good, but very small, trucks will not fit in the garage. No placard was available for the outdoor parking space. We messaged the owner several times with questions, but never got a response. She did call once when delivery rang the doorbell as it goes to her but does not ring in the unit. We stayed in March and the unit was very warm even with the heat turned down. (25C) Overall, still a good value for the price.

Great location!

This was the fourth VRBO we’ve stayed at in SW Calgary, and it was the best one yet. Nice unit, great location with easy access to the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, this condo community may not be accepting of VRBO guests. We were provided with a parking stall, however the individual using the neighbouring stall targeted us over multiple days by parking so far over the lines we either couldn't park in the underground garage on those days (I will try to insert our photos) or couldn't get in/out of the driver side door. There was no visitor parking permit so we could not use that space either. The garage door opener had a dead battery, so we used the side door on the outside of the building to manually open the garage door. That's when we saw the used diaper that had obviously been there for a while right on the ground and nobody has bother to clean up. The building has seen better days (built for '88 Olympics) and needs renovating/upkeep.The actual inside space itself was clean enough but the stove, fridge door and cupboard doors could use a clean. It can be really warm in the space as there is no central air, just fans. Someone could splurge a little and buy a new kettle and bath mat. The carpet looks original and has many stains, so I advise you take photos before and after to show that you did not damage the carpet/space. The sofa cushions slide all over the place and you are constantly adjusting them in order to sit comfortably. You can hear the person upstairs at times, but at night it was quiet. Beds comfy. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Bathrooms clean. Kitchen had most of what you need. Dining area for 4.

Our stay was excellent. The area was beautiful. Any challenges we did have were quickly resolved. Only downfall was the weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. My older parents struggled with how hot the condo was. Overall though the property and host were fantastic! We would come back but probably closer to fall when weather isn’t as hot.
